Great customer service but the backend UI reminds me of WordPress

A great platform for small and large/dynamic events that support all audiences.

I really appreciate the different "rooms" that are incorporated in the platform. It truly breaks down the in-person conference feel and puts it in a virtual space that is more accessible for people across the globe. I also very much appreciate the team, behind RingCentral... from the engineering team that quickly responds to outages, to the CSMs and the customer support channel that helps with one off questions AND the team that listens to our feedback and implements new features. The platform is easy to integrate with other CRMs and seems to be fairly easy for the attendee to navigate - even those that aren't as tech savvy. I use this platform frequently - almost a daily basis. So, to have something that is easy to implement and navigate as an admin or a user, is crucial!
