I love the fact that the whole calculations process has been automated to the point that we can calculate our commission accruals daily when the company used to handle this process more manually and only run calculations once a month. Some functionality is rather cumbersome and time consuming as there is not a bulk upload process in place for that function or you cannot mass copy from one year to the next with ease. If your company has a lot of quota plans or externally configured processes, each of those have to be copied over individually, so taking those one by one can wrack up the hours at year end.
