I like how Spiff is able to tell me my commission payout in almost real time for my sales role. It is broken our into different sections so I know what commission is associated with what close. It also has a dashboard where I can see where I rank against my teammates that I use a lot. I also like how I can look into future months to see my commission. Spiff was wonderful UNTIL they were purchased by Salesforce. Since then their customer service has become non-existent! It takes three days to get an email reply to a submitted support ticket. AND there is NO way to TALK to a human. You can only email and wait...wait...wait. And most of the time the replies come after business hours. We were signed up to be a reseller of SPIFF under the previous management. Its ability to deliver real time commission calculations motives the sales team to drive the success! I love it's intuitive UI and seamless integration with systems and also it provides the transparency that motives our sales team. It's reporting and analytics also top notch!
