- the ease of use (I'm deligted with how intuitive it is - both on the user's part as well as the administrator's side)

- customer service is way beyond the expectations

- UX/UI makes the app self-explanatory

- although simple in use, the tool includes a number of features that can be composed in a very engaging advocacy programme

- additionally, thanks to a well thought-through infrastructure, the app allows various levels of content creation levels - from minimum effort (when time is not our friend at the moment) to self-created posts.

Their scalability versus clients. I wish them to have an even larger team so they can also work for more and more clients (especially international companies).
