The fact that external parties do not need to download an app or install software is a huge plus and we also appreciate the ability to centrally manage file retention for files shared through the Send and Dropzone features. It's critical that we are able to easily and safely send and receive documents and files to/from our clients (without them needing to log in or create accounts in order to access them).
