I do not know how useful this would be to people outside of the legal field or recruiting, but this within these fields this source is amazing! Couple of things that Newsdesk can improve on:
1. Tool has to categorize the country name depending on the context of the article. Eg: If the article is talking about Economic reforms in India and the article is published in ICIS. The tool mentions the source country of the article which is either London or Singapore. However, the article supposed to be categorized under India.

The news monitoring is excellent. My favorite part is that I receive daily alerts and LexisNexis provides licensed content as well, so I know I am receiving all of the content.
