Our team enjoys the segmented nature of creating chat rooms for each client. It's a simple thing but has helped us a ton! Hive makes project management and communication simple. If we hadn't had Hive in place pre-COVID, I'm not sure we would have kept our efficiency up, as well as our ability to communicate and collaborate. Adoro poder criar cartões de ação rápidos para quaisquer solicitações ad hoc que recebemos, enquanto ainda tenho cobertura consistente para tarefas recorrentes. Fácil de navegar na plataforma e leva muito pouco tempo para treinar novos membros da equipe sobre como usar. Além disso, adoro a capacidade de dividir ainda mais projetos que têm múltiplas etapas de uma maneira limpa e fácil de seguir. Poderia ser um pouco mais fácil classificar as tarefas concluídas através de uma visualização em tabela. Além disso, as opções de visualização geral poderiam ser um pouco mais simples de navegar em geral. Finalmente, seria bom poder adicionar seguidores a um cartão de ação sem ter que atribuí-los e depois removê-los da tarefa. Vejo a opção de seguir uma tarefa eu mesmo, mas gostaria de adicionar outros gerentes para seguir uma tarefa atribuída a outra pessoa para que eles saibam que já foi atribuída e adicionada à lista de tarefas.
