This is based on the admin areas: Sometimes it is hard to remember where to locate certain areas to change for the new year. This could be partly because we only use the system once a year, but I think some of the sections could be combined in order to streamline the set up process - not having to go into five different areas to find the various areas to change would be helpful. For the user interface: the mobile version makes it hard to deal with sometimes. The PayPal portion doesn't always pop up correctly the first time so many parents end up not completing the registration on the first try. And going from year to year, parents are trying to use the same log in information - which isn't allowed.
