The best thing about Deel is the number of options in which one could get paid in, also the commission rates are the lowest I have seen compared to other platforms I have used in the past. And the withdrawl option pays you in seconds which I have never seen in other platforms as far as payroll. We used this service to hire an EOR in Finland for 11 months, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating. After the employee stopped working for us over two months ago, the matter is still unresolved. The service has been extremely slow and unresponsive, with every small step or piece of feedback taking weeks to address.

This inefficiency has left us in a situation where we are expected to pay at least four months of full salary to an individual who worked with us for less than a year and hasn’t contributed anything during the past two months. The lack of urgency, poor communication, and inability to resolve issues in a timely manner have made this an incredibly disappointing experience.

We’ll never use this service again and would strongly advise others to consider alternatives if they value responsiveness and efficient problem resolution.
