It should improve the cooperation and role assignment. For example, if you are not the Owner of the account, you do not have access to all features. They should also improve the translation of other formats, such as images and In Design manuals. Tags could be also improved to show placeholders to remove mistakes. One of the things that always speeds up the process is being able to filter in so many ways. Members, activity by user, date, approved v non-approved strings. It's great to have such variety as I don't always want to filter in the same way. The multi-language display is handy when I'm making updates to strings.

The pre-translate feature is not as accurate as I'd like it to be. In my opinion, it would be great if I could deactivate it in some languages (where I have an in-house translator) and keep it active for those languages where I use external agencies to review content.

The translation history does not store different versions of the source language text. Other tools I have used keep a record of all the changes (and date stamp). Sometimes it is necessary to revert to the earlier content, or just to keep track of the evolution of the content, and lacking this information means I have to record this information in another place - therefore time-consuming.
