I don't really dislike anything about it, it is just a lot to learn to fully understand it. My only complaint might be because it is so in depth, that the more i learn, the more value i feel like Im gaining, but it doesnt have the same training certificates as salesforce. It is always a wonderful feeling when you reach out to customer service and you get an individual who is amazing at what they do. That was my case today with Apptivo. Creating of custom views is not ideal. It can be hard to find the fields you want to add. Later on when you want to modify an existing view it can't be done. Instead you have to start over with a new view. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.
We were able to customize the nomenclature and build of the individual modules to best represent our workspace and industry. There are both web and mobile-based views to allow for easy-on-the-go use the product. We have also had incredible customer service; between linking to Google forms, complex linking between platforms, and cumbersome database building, they are always responsive and helpful with our issues.
