Canny is a wonderful app with great potential. It just has a difficult interface to work with. I, most of the time, operate Canny on my phone and find it hard and sometimes, exhaustive navigating or finding my way around.

Pendo provides very simple and easy interfece for the user backed by excelent customer support. Implementation process is quite simple and effecient. Integration with other platform is very effecient.

The feedback quickly becomes unruly and hard to distill down and act on. This is further complicated by the inability to export feedback from Pendo. Pendo feedback is also by far the inferior product offered by Pendo and is, therefore, extremely buggy,...
