I am frustrated and i want to know how can i get out of this fast. They are robbing me of money which i saved to start up my advertising and real estate business. I am about to cancel my CC since they keep charging and are failing to cancel. They keep promising but they donot respond. They are passing days so that they can keep charging. I am not gona pay them what they cannot provide me under the contract package!! No way!!! They will have to bust their a** to take money from me as much as i am busting mine to get this resolved.!!! I need additional help and tips!!!

I am not sure what happened but homesnap charged me 599 $ on the card i never use , so i called them they told me that there is nothing they can do. also offered me 400 back at the end of the year but i have to renew homesnap membership for 299 i said no i dont want to do that . Called again talk to some guy he said he was willing to give me 200$ back i said no can you prorate the month or two that i used the homesnap pro membership and give me the money back because i did not authorise 599$ instead i invested in ads about 850$ ish . The guy i spoke to made me upset because he said its 200 or nothing. So i ask him if i can talk to his supperior he said he is in charge there. So i asked them to terminate my membership i no longer want to affiliate with homesnap . Instead they ignored my request and send me the contract to read. Customer service is horrible some people need retraining at the minimal. I am a realcomp member i should get homesnap pro for free i do not want to spend money for homesnap pro plus. The thing that made me more upset that they charged me the money and i was not aware of it now i have to pay late cc fees. Stay away ! No one answers the phone .
