Homesnap pro plus

I am not sure what happened but homesnap charged me 599 $ on the card i never use , so i called them they told me that there is nothing they can do. also offered me 400 back at the end of the year but i have to renew homesnap membership for 299 i said no i dont want to do that . Called again talk to some guy he said he was willing to give me 200$ back i said no can you prorate the month or two that i used the homesnap pro membership and give me the money back because i did not authorise 599$ instead i invested in ads about 850$ ish . The guy i spoke to made me upset because he said its 200 or nothing. So i ask him if i can talk to his supperior he said he is in charge there. So i asked them to terminate my membership i no longer want to affiliate with homesnap . Instead they ignored my request and send me the contract to read. Customer service is horrible some people need retraining at the minimal. I am a realcomp member i should get homesnap pro for free i do not want to spend money for homesnap pro plus. The thing that made me more upset that they charged me the money and i was not aware of it now i have to pay late cc fees. Stay away ! No one answers the phone . When you ask them to call you back they never do. this is what scheme they offer: If you would still like to cancel your subscription with us- At this time, due to COVID-19 circumstances, I'm happy to present three options to resolve this matter. At this time we can authorize the following: Cancelling your subscription at the end of the billing period with a refund of $300. Cancelling your subscription at the end of the billing period with a refund of $250 and a $100 listing ads credit applied to your account. Refund of $400 with a lock in rate of $299 for the following year.. The problem is the user forgets to cancel and its starts all over again.
