I like best about zymplify is that they would listen to your feedback and actually implement it. so if you had any concerns, you email the company and they try to include that suggestion into the next version of the platform.
I loved that zymplify was basically like an All-in-one platform/tool. I think you can purchase separate toolkits, but just to know that it was a one-stop shop for everything regarding Sales, Marking, CRM, etc. and that you didn't need to jump around to other tools was great. I really disliked the user-friendliness about Zymplify, they were in the process of updating the user interface but i think that was the biggest thing for me. Also, the support time is not the best for american companies, since it is based out of the US. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Onboarding support and gorgeous email templates. I've been an admin for both Eloqua and Marketo but they can't beat Zymplify in these two areas. The robust lead gen using intent software is so smart b/c it can feed directly into your email journey programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. The integration with SFDC is limited so I have to use a connector platform like Zapier. 2. Overwriting the default URL that appears in the email inbox preview windows doesn't always work. This is an issue for us since AWS is our competitor. 3. Would be great to have the ability to list multiple values separated by commas instead of a new field for each value.
