**What do you like best about Zymplify?**

The best aspect of this Zymplify platform is its strong focus on our b2b lead generation and marketing automation. This platform helps us by combining prospecting CRM functionality, campaign automation, email marketing, website tracking and even analytics all under a single ecosystem. This next are cross functional team very productive and helps us manage outbound and inbound activities very effectively. I also like their visit tracking on Internet-based insight tools, which helps us to identify potential leads and engagement opportunities more effectively. Their automation features simplify campaign execution, while their dashboard provides a very clear overview of our marketing and sales activities one of the best things.

**What do you dislike about Zymplify?**

Some of their advanced features have a complex learning curve, which took quite a good amount of time for us to understand during the initial onboarding phase, specifically for newer teams. Their new automation marketing platforms have a functional UI, is functional but certain sections need to be polished and made more intuitive. Also, there are certain improvements needed in terms of deeper 3rd party integration and reporting flexibility for highly customised analytic requirements.

Platform helps by solving the challenge of managing lead generation prospect engagement and marketing automation all parallelly in a very centralised way instead of using a separate tools haggling around multiple platforms for outrage tracking and email marketing and CRM activity this platform helps by solving all our problems under a single ecosystem this also helps us to have an improved lead visibility streamline follow up process and helps us to automate our repetitive marketing task the visitor tracking and prospect intelligence feature also provide a better insights into our customer behaviour this helps us in making decision making very effectively and quickly.

I think some of the more advanced automations take time to fully understand especially when workflows become more complex. I think usability could be improved in the sense of better visual clarity and guidance. So maybe in-app explanations, examples or templates.

I use Zymplify to automate marketing workflows, saving time and reducing errors by eliminating manual tasks, especially in lead handling and campaign operations. It helps streamline operations between tools and allows the team to focus on strategy.

The promise a lot. But the platform doens't live up to expectations in any capactiy.

**What do you dislike about Zymplify?**

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Zymplify that I feel obligated to share. What initially seemed like a promising marketing solution revealed several serious issues:

First, beware of their contract structure - you'll find yourself locked into a 12-month commitment with limited flexibility. The onboarding process was particularly frustrating, with an exceptionally steep learning curve that required significant time investment beyond what should be necessary. It's clunky and difficult to use. 

The most concerning issue was the analytics reporting. I discovered that their dashboard metrics consistently failed to align with data from trusted platforms like Google Analytics and LinkedIn. After 10 months of use, I realised much of this discrepancy stems from bot activity from emails, which then inflates all your numbers on the dashboard - open rates and CTRs appear more successful than reality.

Customer service proved inadequate when addressing these concerns. 

Perhaps most disappointing is that comparable functionality is available through alternatives like Apollo.io (which includes buyer intent features and Bombora integration) for approximately one-third of Zymplify's monthly cost.

Given these experiences, I cannot recommend Zymplify to other businesses seeking marketing automation solutions.

Zymplify is a feature-rich platform that streamlines lead generation and marketing automation. The real standout though is the exceptional support from John F - his expertise and responsiveness have made a huge impact on our marketing strategy. 

The platform’s automation capabilities and data driven insights help us target the right audience efficiently, making our marketing efforts more effective.

There’s a bit of a learning curve when getting started, especially when you're a bit of a novice navigating all the available features, however the support from John F meant that any knowledge gaps were quickly addressed, making it a smooth experience for us overall.

**What problems is Zymplify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zymplify has really helped us simplify and automate our lead generation and marketing efforts. It’s saved us a lot of time by streamlining processes, and the data insights it provides let us fine tune our campaigns for better results. The best part has been working with John F - his expertise has been a game changer in getting the most out of the platform. Overall, it’s made our marketing more efficient and effective, with real improvements in engagement and ROI.

The ability to work smarter when marketing. To receive granular information on companies in the market to potentially use our services. 
I find the relationship between our account manager John with our business a great asset. John is accomadating and most importantly, knowledgeable to quickly understand our needs and action them.

**What do you dislike about Zymplify?**

I find understanding the setup of cadences & workflows challenging, but with John's help my requests have been met. 
Once I have practised and used the platform more frequently, I'm sure it will become less challenging.

I challenged Zymplify to help me work smarter when prospecting. Competitor information, client communication and web intent are the features i'm using. This is benefiting me by funneling leads into a pot where I can prospect with businesses who are in the market for our services.

**What do you like best about Zymplify?**

I like that Zymplify is able to pinpoint in-market buyers. I was able to reach out consumers who were interested in the product category that I was advertising. It is like using a laser pointer in the umm, qualifying the people you are marketing to, which has improved our conversion rates.

**What do you dislike about Zymplify?**

It only happens that when I have been using the platform, I have noticed that the actual targeting options are somewhat restricted. There are all sorts of criteria one can filter upon, but I can’t filter very granular by, for instance, the size of the firm.

Zymplify can therefore be described as a perfect solution to the guesswork regarding lead generation. Thus, instead of spamming profiles of people and companies that in most cases hardly care about my work, I will be focused on those who clearly showed their interest.

I honestly cant think og one down side of the system, I would 110% recommend to anyone in the sales sector

There are few ways Zimplify is solving problems, main problem is collection of data, I havent coke across another system that gathers data at such speed, but then allow ne to separate in to specific buckets for email send outs and campaigns in bulk, Designing of emails is very simple and allows you to create the content you want.

First and foremost, when using a new platform, you want personal attention and education. Zymplify does that in spades. Our contact, Rebecca, couldn't be more attentive, kind, or smarter. We truly appreciate her, and her knowledge, advice, and leadership.

**What do you dislike about Zymplify?**

It's not really a dislike. And it's probably not a fair dislike as we are a small agency and a couple of us use the platform while we perform our full-time executive roles. It would be better for us to have a FT person in this role but we don't. That said, the Zymplify platform is very robust. There's no way to understand the depths of all it offers on Day 1. So sometimes you learn new features or hacks as you go through the process and wish - 'I wish I knew that earlier.' Although they created a custom Playbook which is amazing, what would help would be a Playbook from Day 1 with a structured course, teacher, and assignments. Like a class at a university. Then we could always look back through the PDF course book, and easily remember where we were or what we needed to do again.

Zymplify really helps us think more strategically about how we approach new business, keeps us on a path to follow-up in a timely and effective manner and helps reveal new insights we would not have otherwise thought of.

**What do you like best about Zymplify?**

For data gathering and data unification it is one of the fastest growing and advanced tool. Managing the CRM workflow and business analytics and helping the busienss owners to increase there productivity of services and workflow.
The experiemce of using the platform is amazing and of advance level.
The automation marketing tactics of the platform will be guiding and helping you to enhence the workflow quality and will increase the customer interaction and cmmunication.
I think it is the best and future working platform for all the sales and marketing team members of any organisation, makes the work of marketing team fluent and intuitive.

The accuracy of the data collected or gathered from other platform and websites is not that much accurate then other playtforms.
Another issue is that it does not support to work or integrate with the instagram so it is difficult to post and set automation on instagram with this platform.

The software has been very helpful for us, it is helping me and my team to collect and gatehr the data from multiple sites and systems, and making the proper data report of them. Which we are using for marketing and campaigning. This has made almost all our marketing and upload stuff automated. Made our work easier and time saving.

**What do you like best about Zymplify?**

Zimplify assigned me with a great Account Manager Suzanne, who was always on hand to help with anything we needed. From training, supervising important tasks, to answering support queries and following up, she was always there to ensure Paynetworx was happy. 
The platform itself is good as a CRM system, it has a lot of good functionalities and allows you to do automation well. It's ideal for a company that has multiple sales people so the marketing can be streamlined and automated.

**What do you dislike about Zymplify?**

There is no instagram plugin so I didnt use it for social media scheduling if i cant do everything on it at once. 
The quality of the leads, some numbers are invalid, some numbers are missing, and most of the numbers are landline numbers that do not lead to the contact that has been revealed. This means for the leads we wanted access to, the quality we were expecting was not reflected with the data from the third party company.

We are particularly excited about the "intent" capability that serves up prospects who are showing signs of being active buyers.  Through this capability we are not only sending our message to the right titles, but even better, we are messaging the right titles who are actively looking.

Like all powerful platforms, you need to plan time for startup... to learn its capabilities, menu logic and terminology.  You'll want their internal support getting things set up.  Their customer support is OUTSTANDING!

I like the ease of use and implementation for campaigns. The customer support is strong and very helpful to support shapeing campaigns and the cadence required.

I like the platform and as a new user it would only be the steps required to create a campaign.  Although this is corrected by the super support of the support team!

Its supporting a single business owner in a sales function and through the targeting of specific businesses, leaders and use of the automated email campaigns is a big help.

Good platform and repository to host all information in one place and good for gathering data on prospects. The Zymplify support team are very easy to work with, quick to respond and very helpful and knowledgable about the interface.

The interface is a bit clunky and hard to build out the assets and automation. Data wasnt always accurate but possibly due to the pool of prospects being smaller

I prefer this software because it is very useful medium for business work. This marketing and sales platform has all the tools you need to grow your business. Could Compare favourably vs our own CRM but leaves little scope for integration with finance and dealing with "tickets" or  "support" cases and CRM is not the main function of the platform as far as I can see.

The inability to write into an API or gain an API to create integration with our own COTS CRM (Sage) / Sage ERP (200)
The amount of emails that land in junk from campaign and journey builds , what's the point in acquiring more credits if existing credits are not being picked up.

**Recommendations to others considering Zymplify:**

Have a look and see what it'll cost you to have 
Sales Force, Mail Chimp, an ERP, lead forensic type tools, sales intelligent and prospecting tools and linkedin and marketing platform integrations and price it all up. 
You dont need to really- it's all here. If it spoke to financial reporting systems through codeless integration technologies out there, it would be a game changer potentially for cloud/ cloud connected applications

Problems solved is reach- it gives us reach and automation, as long as we have good content and messaging. 
Without the engine, we would be using 3/4 different tools
Performance is always improving as we are guided by their customer success and self learning platform, up to us to use it

Option to pull professional resources from LinkedIn. Also, most of the contact information is vetted before pushing it out. Very few had errors but otherwise great. The support team was truly incredible - they were eager and willing to provide support - they were very thorough in the level of training that they provided.

**What do you dislike about Zymplify?**

There are too many steps to get to where you need to get to. Setting up the backend is just complicated. Most people need this resource to simplify the outreach process and I don't think it was the case when we tried it. Overall this did not work for our current brand and the stage we were in. Not to say that we may not consider this again in the future.
While the support team was great - the time zone made scheduling a little tricky. Would have liked one training session that covered all the aspects of the tool however I understand there're many facets and each required its training. The multiple training days made it difficult to begin using the tool right away.

**Recommendations to others considering Zymplify:**

Look for someone with tech expertise. We came in at the beginning so I'm sure improvements have been made since then. It's a great tool if you know how to navigate and truly understand how it will benefit your business.

The goal was to use Zymplify to get potential Corporate Gifting clients for our business. The initial run did not yield the results we were looking for. When we began there was a system update so we put our campaigns etc. on pause until the new Zymplify was launched. I don't think we got what we were expecting that does not mean that it won't work for others. I did share the usage with the whole team as I believed it might work better for them that it did for Corporate Gifting

Zymplify is a very good tool for sourcing new prospects, the support is good and the tool itself is easy to use. I like the fact you get LinkedIn profiles and phone numbers and the data was so easy to export. We used it with Zapier and HubSpot to make sure our data did not crossover in any way and the journeys could be fed with accurate data. knowing that contacts go through a journey and are primed and ready to go at the end is really valuable.

**What do you dislike about Zymplify?**

Nothing really about the product, just that our company has a very niche place in the market so our pool of prospects is very small to start with therefore Zymplify doesn't help us add many prospects that we didn't already know. I would still recommend the tool to companies that have a larger pool of prospects though.

Use it, it's brilliant. You will be surprised by the amount of data you find out. It's really valuable for building leads and knowing that once a contact has been through a journey they are primed and ready for contact is great. The best bit for me was the import and export of data, so easy!!

Zymplify helped us find additional prospects that are searching our keywords. Data we wouldn't know without the tool. It also provides the information you can't get through other tools of this nature. It's a cut above as you get names and job titles as well as knowing the person who actually performed the search. This information isn't available through other tools as far as I know.

Fully joined up approach to marketing and sales. Automation makes following up with contacts simple and convenient.

The platform is centred around contacts and not companies. As a B2B organisation our sales teams often sell to multiple contacts within an organisation. Zymplify doesn't cater for this well. 

The deal view is hard to read and only shows a small portion of the pipeline without scrolling.

When you add a deal it doesn't give you option to add close date and close percentage. You must add the deal and then go back into it to amend these fields. This is annoying.

Joining the dots within the commercial team to ensure we can drag a net across all the stats and make sure all of our clients and prospects feel valued.

There is no compatibility with Instagram at present.
When deleting a lead as it's spam I still have to open up the lead to unsubscribe them before I can then delete which is time consuming.

To ensure Zymplify would meet your needs have a detailed meeting and demo with them first. Once you have established that then they will set up a detailed training program which is well delivered and structured.

Once set up Zymplify is very easy to use. It produces useful live data and metrics to track ongoing campaigns. It scales well when working with large data bases of users. Since using Zymplifiy we have gained a measured increase in our marketing activities and generated new leads.

The initial setup of Zymplyfy was time-consuming. It also took some time to fully understand the 'journey' process, understand its full capabilities and then further testing to make sure the correct emails were sent out at the right time.
