Zuum's serious substance following is fabulous. It keeps me in the know about what my rivals are doing, permitting me to remain on the ball. What do you like best about Zuum?
It was directed straight to set up its functionality and use its services. No sort of highly technical analytical skills was required. The data provided by the platform was accurate and reliable, so we made our use of its services a daily operating activity for the analytics team. The set of features varies from full competitive data analysis to content and campaign analysis, and to many more. What do you dislike about Zuum?
Upon contacting customer support regarding the issues faced by us in the logging-in phase, we were not acknowledged seriously. Sometimes the processing speed slows down even with good internet connection speed. The platform was highly satisfactory for us but with slight room for improvements in the customization space.
