Zonka has a modern interface on both the backend and customer-facing form. The survey builder is easy to use and has many pre-made templates. There are many options to distribute the survey, including offline (device kiosk) mode. This makes it a great tool not just for internet businesses but also for brick and mortar / traditional businesses. If you have several physical locations, Zonka even has location reporting (with appropriate plan subscription).
White label domain is supported and the set up was very easy and straightforward.
You can even export the email template to be used with popular email marketing platforms such as Salesforce, SendGrid, Hubspot and Campaign Monitor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Perhaps the feedback interface (in customer view) is not as "fun" as say TypeForm but it runs it close.
If the language option had a way to auto translate from english to the other option, that would be even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of setting up, deploying and reviewing the pulse of our firm with the client feedback. The Salesforce integration is absolutely amazing, I wish other vendors would do the same. The support that they offer is white gloved and they are always listening to see what kind of new features you want and actually roll ou the features you've suggested. Very easy to use and setup. Surveys go out promptly and with accuracy. Responses are also swift and detailed. This alllows me to do effective follow ups on negative responses. I am also able to report accurately on all responses achieved and measure CSAT rate before and after follow ups. Extarction of responses is also quick and easy. Zonka Feedback has been a fantastic addition to our retail business. We use it to collect customer feedback at checkout and post-purchase via SMS surveys. The real-time dashboard gives us valuable insights into what customers love and where we need to improve.
Since implementing the platform, we’ve seen an improvement in our customer experience and retention rates. The NPS tracking has been particularly useful in understanding brand loyalty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hands down the best feedback software. I have used different tools while working in my previous organizations and this one is clearly the best out there. Super easy to set up, amazing value for money, the support is enterprise-level no matter which plan you are on.
Some things I love.
1. Easy amazing survey builder

Zonka had some interesting emoji features, tool is easy to use and can be easily integrated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
the list is huge, their tool crashes frequently they don't have much IT support, We use it very frequently and customer support is terrible every time we have an issue we have to reach out to the CEO. Implementation is a task Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zonka's UI is pretty basic and has a lot of bugginess within the platform. Things can be hard to find within the tool, and functionality exists in areas that I wouldn't necessarily expect it to be. Zonka has all the functionality I needed and easy out of the box integrations with the largest tools you might use it in combination with.
The surveys look nice, they are easy to set up and distribute. Implementation into existing systems (zendesk and twillio) was a breeze.

Zonka Feedback has significantly enhanced our customer engagement strategy. Its user-friendly interface simplifies the process of collecting and analyzing feedback, offering a wide array of customizable survey options that perfectly align with our brand's identity and goals.
Pretty easy for any form of integration (we are using our Twilio account and have integration with Freshdesk for automatic surveys).

What I like the most about Zonka is that you can create as many surveys as you want, and distribute them offline, via email, SMS and integration with Zendesk.
The support is amazing, Zonka made some personalised changes for our business needs.
