"Zonka Feedback - Intuitive, Customizable, and Seamlessly Integrative"
What do you like best about Zonka Feedback?

We like the fact that the system is easy to use in terms of its interface; it's pretty intuitive to design and build surveys. Another thing we really like about the system is that it integrates well with other platforms; we use Zendesk, and Zonka is able to integrate very successfully with it. The AI technology in Zonka is also impressive, particularly the sentiment analysis that you can use to create different rules for surveys. The people at Zonka have been great to work with and very flexible when we mentioned things of concern. They've actually added some different attributes into their system and worked with us to get problems solved in a very proactive and responsive way. We also love the usability flexibility with Zonka, like the ability to design surveys in different ways, customize the survey emails sent out, and have many different options for the types of questions and even the icons that are used for rating scales (et cetera). There's just a lot of design-based options allowing you to get anything you want out of the survey experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zonka Feedback?

There are some areas where some of the usability features could be tweaked, but typically, these are very small things. For instance, if there are more ways to mass edit rules or triggers that connect to your homegrown CRM software, that would be a very useful thing. Perhaps reporting could be a little bit improved within the actual product itself, but that's a very small quibble and generally their reporting is good and clear. What do you like best about Zonka Feedback?

The ease of setting up, deploying and reviewing the pulse of our firm with the client feedback. The Salesforce integration is absolutely amazing, I wish other vendors would do the same. The support that they offer is white gloved and they are always listening to see what kind of new features you want and actually roll ou the features you've suggested. Very easy to use and setup. Surveys go out promptly and with accuracy. Responses are also swift and detailed. This alllows me to do effective follow ups on negative responses. I am also able to report accurately on all responses achieved and measure CSAT rate before and after follow ups. Extarction of responses is also quick and easy. What do you like best about Zonka Feedback?

Zonka Feedback has been a fantastic addition to our retail business. We use it to collect customer feedback at checkout and post-purchase via SMS surveys. The real-time dashboard gives us valuable insights into what customers love and where we need to improve.

What do you like best about Zonka Feedback?

Hands down the best feedback software. I have used different tools while working in my previous organizations and this one is clearly the best out there. Super easy to set up, amazing value for money, the support is enterprise-level no matter which plan you are on.

Some things I love.

1. Easy amazing survey builder

2. Closing the feedback loop - not a lot of tools have done this in depth.

Zonka's UI is pretty basic and has a lot of bugginess within the platform. Things can be hard to find within the tool, and functionality exists in areas that I wouldn't necessarily expect it to be.
