What do you like best about Zomentum Grow?

The speed at which Zomentum helps us close proposals has enabled us to stream our work. Even down to sending proposals whilst in the meeting. Prospects like the way we work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The navigation and contacts layout could be a little better. Also, the sync between AutoTask needs better-defined rules. When you add a new prospect and set a primary contact, they disappear once you've won the business and the client is fully onboarded in AutoTask. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zomentum Grow?

The interface is user-friendly, and easy to use.

Support Team responds promptly and offers to jump on a Zoom call to demonstrate.

What do you dislike about Zomentum Grow?

When there is a bug because I will not be made aware of it until it goes wrong. Thankfully this is not frequent but was re-occruing when starting the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zomentum Grow solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows for Sales to record the opportunity status by which tile you present the opportunity under, this hugely helps with Management being able to follow the opportunity status without chasing Account Management. In the notes section, it provides evidence of emails sent out to the client and their responses, this makes it easier to find evidence of the electronic trail instead of searching through emails. The speed at which we can put together a quote or proposal using integrations such as Etilize. We like being able to have our prospects sync from our Marketing CRM into Zomentum and then into our PSA for management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zomentum Grow?

We've had issues with the integration with Autotask, given this is one of the main PSA tools, the integration could do with more work to make it more reliable. Issues such as services not syncing in from PSA or quotes not sending the line items to the PSA meaning we have to duplicate work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Keeping on top of the the sales side of the business, as a technician owner sales is not our strong point so having a tool that lets you see where customers are in the sales journey allows us to keep on top of things and close more deals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zomentum Grow?

Changing system email templates removes all formatting rather than just amending the text within Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Zomentum Grow:

Get templates set up as a matter of urgency and have them finalised - very easy to amend later on, but I've found that settling on a format that works for multiple different types of quoting (i.e. hardware and software etc) makes everything more consistent. Also make sure the stages of quoting match between Zomentum and PSA to make sure everything is understandable! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zomentum Grow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, we relied on our PSA to generate quotes, but the process for that was longwinded and time-consuming. Zomentum's easy creation of quote templates makes making these quotes super quick and easy. The integration with our PSA is a huge timesaver too and lets us easily convert won quotes into contracts and billable items. Previously, sending out quotes would be a time-consuming task and now I can send quotes out in a couple of minutes, and I'm not using all of the functionality yet so it could be quicker still. We also had barely any customisation on the PSA quote layout, whereas Zomentum makes it SUPER simple to create a layout for multiple types of documents with easy to understand blocks. What do you like best about Zomentum Grow?

I like that I can import my Dell Quotes into the system very easily and that I can collect payments for deposit after the quote is accepted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zomentum Grow?
