I mainly deal with onboardings and the entire client life cycle. Zoho projects is very helpful is creating main tasks and sub tasks for tracking the project lifecycle. It has many features like document upload, assigninhg deadlines, creating tags. These all features are very helpful in keeping a track of the tasks like threaded view. So far I did not find any issues with zoho projects. Its a well balanced project manager.
