What do you like best about Zoho Projects?
Zoho projects is most useful when using to assign tasks, getting multiple projects done and needing to know who will do it by when. I allows people to go in and time themselves to track how long it took them to do it. You can give deadlines, and also attach files and needed assets to each task. What do you dislike about Zoho Projects?
It does get really confusing at times to create tasks because of the many tedious needs that can be miscommunicated while trying to assign to someone else who many not know the subject or idea of the project. I think it would be easier it is simplified, however it is very useful once you get the hang of how Zoho works. It is also difficult to transfer any work over from one person to another. you often need to recreate the entire task to have yourself be the owner (to receive the notifications for it) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho Projects?
Zoho Projects has been an great asset to our team, providing a comprehensive platform for managing our projects from start to finish. The premium version offers a lot of features that has helped in making project management very easy. It offers a wide range of features including task management, time tracking, resource management, and collaboration tools. It is very easy to learn and use. There is no installation required. It is accessible from anywhere. Our team has been relying on this tool for the past five years. What do you dislike about Zoho Projects?
One of the main drawbacks we've encountered with Zoho Projects is the significant price jump between the Premium and Enterprise tiers. We only need a few specific features from the Enterprise category, but there's no option for a lower price based on our requirements. However, I would like the look and feel to be more adapted to a style like Kanban, which would make it even more intuitive. There are also some details that require several clicks to reach the desired point, which could be optimized. What do you like best about Zoho Projects?
Zoho Projects has been a valuable asset in streamlining our project management processes at Chaman Consultants. We particularly appreciate the user-friendly interface, visually appealing layout, and comprehensive reporting capabilities.
While the software offers a wide range of features, we have found some limitations in terms of customization for consultancy firms like ours, specifically in the area of reporting. The fact that we cannot fully customze it to fit our consultancy firm. We create custom field that are more important than the standard reports it offers, but we have to create our own reports for our custom fields. Also the AI functionality is very basic Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

its very easy to use within organisation putting all projects details .there is ease of implemenations by divide the project task with there subtask into with proper mandatory days to finish it , timelines we can assign for each sub-task together with if the task is open or closed. We can manage the task properly ,also can know which task is associated with team .its easy to integrate with company multiple feature.Also we can use the feature with all projects increases the frequency of use to manage projects.the best thing with this is its customer support ,they always keeps the product ready to upgrade with its best feature.
