I've been using Zoho Cliq products for over two years, and it's been the ideal decision for my team and me to acquire a better cloud chat software for real-time interactions. I loved its multi-column style since it makes it extremely easy for us to retrieve data from our prior team. Cliq makes it incredibly simple to make calls and customize our availability; all of our staff are linked through Zoho Cliq, which improves internal communication. It allows us to communicate, phone, and exchange files with our peers; it has all of the functions of a chat program, and we can even share our screen with them. I don't like the alert management; it could be improved; I'd like to have alerts in the form of in and out of office or do not disturb. Second, when I'm sharing my screen or on a call with someone, the software freezes for a couple of minutes before resuming; this error makes my experience with Cliq less than satisfactory. It provides a hybrid and wide range of video and audio conferencing platform for physical and online collaboration with internal and external stakeholders as well. It's simplified user interface also makes it a perfect choice for wide range of non-technical teams. Its ownership cost which includes implementation, licensing and maintenance cost might be a challenge to afford by small scale industries. Also, it does not provide any support to users depending on On-Premises model for their operation. It's really simple to use; individuals find and learn how to use it on their own in a matter of minutes; there's no learning curve; I've seen people switch from other chat software and rapidly learn how to use Cliq. It performs the same function as Slack but is far superior and connects effectively with other Zoho apps in the Zoho ecosystem. All of these capabilities enable all team members to be on the same page and convey communications fast. Zoho Cliq has essentially replaced email and Slack for us; the user interface is fantastic, and the program is quick; it appears to be quite simple to interact using Cliq. Where we ran into issues was the psychological friction that individuals felt when switching from Slack to Cliq. Despite the fact that Cliq offers practically all of the capabilities that Slack has, convincing everyone to switch was a major difficulty. I dislike the feature where we have the option to check in and checkout but if the integration with zoho people is not done, there is no benefit of that checkin.

Audio video and screensharing is the feature which i liked most because when you work in an organization then you can't save all member mobile number or whatsap number so using zoho cliq its very easy to communicate over audio or video call.
