Schedule appointments online from your website or the customizable booking page. The automatic language translation and time zone conversion makes it easy to meet with international customers. Use intake forms to collect more details from customers. Offer free and paid meetings. Opt for a deposit or partial payment to discourage cancellations. Manage the team availability or give team members the permission to manage theirs. Display the pooled availability of the team on the booking page or allow customers to select the team member. Set buffer time between appointments and allow windows for last-minute booking, cancellation, and rescheduling. Zoho Bookings offers two-way sync with Google, O365, and Zoho calendars. It checks for conflicts, blocks those times from being available, and updates the calendars with new appointments. It also integrates with Zoho Meeting for online meetings, Zoho CRM for lead management, and Zapier to connect with apps you already use. To keep everyone informed, Zoho Bookings sends out emails when appointments are confirmed, canceled, or rescheduled. To reduce no-shows, it sends multiple reminders. What do you like best about Zoho Bookings?

I like the customizability of the Zoho Booking system - ie: payment integration, rebranding of landing page booking and so on... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Bookings?

There's no cap limitation feature on booking per client per month/week. SMS is not a native feature and requires an external app to integrate which will incur extra operating costs. Due to these short lacks we decided to move and use a different platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho Bookings?

What do you like best about Zoho Bookings?

It is easy to use and does not require much technical knowledge. Anyone can create a booking option for their services.
