
The user interface is clean and neat. What I like most is how well it integrates with the Zoho ecosystem. Pricing, performance, and support have all been good as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No dislikes as of now. However, I was looking for a feature like manual approval for bookings. In my model, when people book a call, I review their application form first; if they qualify, I manually approve the booking. A feature like this would give me more control and save time, since I wouldn’t need to connect with everyone before confirming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
