What I like most about Zoho Bookings is how seamlessly it integrates with the rest of the Zoho One ecosystem. It connects well with applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, and Zoho Flow, making it easy to automate scheduling and streamline business processes. **What do you like best about Zoho Bookings?**

I love that Zoho Bookings makes it easy to catch up with appointment details both on the web and via the mobile app. The integration capabilities are impressive too, especially with Zoho Creator and Zoho Books using Zoho Flow, allowing us to automatically sort free and paid appointments and automate billing where needed. Sorting availability is straightforward, particularly with calendar integrations that let us use our existing blocked times to manage availability efficiently. Additionally, the initial setup was simple yet detailed, letting us customize booking pages with our logo and colors for branding, which I really appreciated. The overall richer experience for managing bookings and integrations across other Zoho products at a simple plan-based pricing was the clincher for us.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Bookings?**

Automation could be richer and have a trigger that works before the booking is made so we can handle validations for every booking. Currently, we have to cancel bookings only after getting information that tells us the booking should not be accepted. We hope to validate first before the booking is accepted.

**What do you like best about Zoho Bookings?**

The easy to use user interface of the whole bookings helps my customer to Book a free demo is in just a few clicks also I can integrate it with my Google calendar and Google meet along with Zoho meetings so that I can track all of my meetings at one place the performance of the bookings is phenomenal and the pricing is also up to the mark and if I ever encounter any of the problem, the support team is always there for the health and I can also configure Zoho bookings with the ZIA AI agents.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Bookings?**

The only thing I dislike about Zoho Bookings is that I can’t integrate bookings with the US data center and the Zoho bookings in the IN data center.

**What do you like best about Zoho Bookings?**

I like that this is a white-labeled appointment booking solution. It lets me connect my own sub-domain and customize the branding with my colors, logo, and name.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Bookings?**

I had some trouble integrating one of my Outlook calendars, but had success with Google calendars. So what I did was I wrote a small script using Zoho's own Catalyst platform to auto-sync items from my Outlook calendar to a Google calendar and the system works nicely.

**What problems is Zoho Bookings solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the "when are you available" vs "when I'm available" back-and-forth with my clients and with potential leads. With the calendar integration I simply block off times when I'm not available and the online booking calendar adjusts automatically. That way I can point my clients to an easy-to-use calendar to schedule calls with me.

Zoho Bookings is very user-friendly, although it does take some time to set everything up. Once it’s configured, it’s easy to use and straightforward to navigate. I’ve also found the customer service to be really good, which makes the overall experience even better.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Bookings?**

I don’t like that I can’t separate the first and last name fields in the backend. It makes the integration with Zoho CRM feel a bit clunky, because I end up having to manually edit client records.

I love that I don’t have to worry about reminding clients about their appointments, thanks to the pre-configured reminder templates. It saves me time because I no longer have to send reminders myself.

I love being able to create multiple booking meeting types. It gives me the flexibility to set up different time blocks, and when my clients and agents book appointments, I know exactly what they’re scheduling because Zoho Bookings puts those meetings directly into my calendar.

There isn’t much I dislike. The system is very flexible and makes it extremely easy to configure and maintain. I’d just like the ability to link multiple calendars so I can coordinate it with my other calendars.

I like that my customers have the ability to book their own consultation easily, without having to speak with anyone. We have multiple types of consultations set up for ease, and we receive notifications with all of their information filled in.

Every so often, our Zoho Bookings will disconnect from our Zoho Vertical CRM, which will force us to manually input in the contacts that have booked.

**What do you like best about Zoho Bookings?**

As a solopreneur and coach, Zoho Bookings is essential for my business. It has drastically simplified the process of booking time with me as a coach, and reduced my no-show rate by over 90% as clients are reminded of upcoming sessions. It also integrates cleanly with Zoom, so meetings are automatically created and scheduled in Zoom and I can see all my upcoming appointments. Coupled with Bookings handling all the billing aspects and the invoices cleanly integrate with my accounting platform, it offers greater flexibility for clients which reduces friction and allows me to book more work.  Given that I can integrate Bookings with my accounting software and calendar i have a comprehensive set of workflows that ensure I can satisfy my customers, and achieve a work life balance. **What do you dislike about Zoho Bookings?**

Probably the most frustrating part of Bookings is in cancellation, rebooking and refunds. In my experience if someone tries to book a time and the payment fails, Bookings closes that appointment window - even though the payment should be retried. The result is that this forces the client to choose a new time slot, as the old slot is now closed and unbookable. This is frustrating for the client as they now have to select a less preferred meeting time, and frustrating for me as it blocks an appointment slot for another client.  Along similar lines, there is no refund process -- so if a client has prepaid, but cancels in advance there is no refund mechanism -- meaning you have to solve for refunds outside the application. This means you might not be able to refund to the original payment option. This should be handled within the app for clean customer service.

I am a coach in my particular niche, before discovering Bookings I was manually coding my website to try an manage appointments, handle invoicing, integrating with my calendar and more. Bookings cleanly solved nearly every sticking point that prevented me from scaling. The integrations section is powerful so I can integrate with my CRM, my accounting software, my email system, my calendar, and my remote meeting software. Virtually every aspect of the overhead of booking 1 on 1 sessions is handled by Bookings. Once I transitioned I was able to significantly increate my customer satisfactions as meetings were easier to book, but also my earnings as I was able to confidently advertising my coaching business knowing the administration aspect was virtually fully automated

What I like best about Zoho Bookings is that it keeps appointment scheduling simple while still offering strong business features. The Microsoft 365 calendar sync helps avoid double bookings, automated reminders and email templates reduce manual follow-ups, and the customizable booking pages make the process look more professional for clients. I also like that it supports integrations with other apps, API access, payments, and team scheduling, which makes it flexible as the business grows. Honestly, there is nothing major I dislike about Zoho Bookings. It does what I need for scheduling and booking management, and the overall experience has been smooth so far.

I use Zoho Bookings for external and internal meeting management. I love how it allows people to schedule a meeting with me that fits both theirs and my schedule. It's also great that I'm able to charge a fee for my consultation rate. The layout is clean and easy to navigate, and they are always making updates and upgrades. I appreciate the integrations with my calendar, CRM, and payment gateways. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward since I have experience setting up other booking apps.

I'm not sure why there's not an integration with Zoho Payments yet, and I wish SMS was included like it is with Calendly instead of having to get another subscription.

I like that scheduling meetings is fairly easy with Zoho Bookings, and it's included in Zoho One.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Bookings?**

There is so much. Make it play fully with CRM (like 'Mark as Unavailable' does not sync, 'Schedule calls' do not block out on calendar so you get double booked with phone call and meeting). Make it sync fully with CRM, we can't sync any custom fields in a booking with fields in CRM. Make it work fully with Flow, currently it only does extremely simple cases and you can't extract information from meeting. Let users schedule multiple agents with one client in an ad-hoc way (Have Mr. & Mrs. Jones meet with John & Bill for example, currently Bill has to be added as an invited user. When CRM have people as 'participants' in a meeting, it doesn't block them out (this just baffles me, why in the world?????), only solution is to have user use Outlook to accept the invite, then have the Outlook event sync back into Bookings. Having 5 templates for an event type, why? Why can't we make templates then assign them easily to meetings we want them assigned to. We have 38 Meeting types * 5 templates = 190 templates to baby sit and hope and pray they all are set the same. And sooooo much more. Also use Zoom, which we had to fix because we can't get the meeting key back from Zoom, and we have old clients that only know how to enter meetings with Key. This caused another issue that was crazy, when creating a workflow rule, it only applies that rule to appointments set after you created rule. Or if you update the rule (say you configured it wrong), any meeting with the wrong workflow is still firing the faulty workflow. This is just absolutely fucking retarded!!!! Horrible, because a lot of the issues already stated wasn't known to any in support. I swear the Bookings product was going to be the end of my career because of not playing nice with CRM and me recommending this fiasco product.

**What do you like best about Zoho Bookings?**

I find Zoho Bookings really easy to use. I like the notifications for users because I get emails about upcoming appointments in about thirty minutes or an hour, which is super helpful. It also sends reminders to others, which helps keep everything top of mind when things get busy. It's efficient and effective, which makes scheduling a breeze for my business. I also found Zoho Bookings to be more intuitive and easier to use than Calendly, and it integrates really well with all my other Zoho apps.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Bookings?**

I think something that could be improved with Zoho Bookings, and I don't know if this is just a user error on my part, but when somebody cancels their booking with me, I get a notification that they canceled, which is great, but it doesn't affect my calendar. It doesn't go into my calendar and get rid of the booking. That's the only hiccup that I think I have, but, you know, as a human being, we're able to work our way through it.

**What do you like best about Zoho Bookings?**

I like how Zoho Bookings allows us to efficiently schedule walk-throughs for our sales reps with prospective customers and leads that come in through our website. It also lets our current customers schedule meetings with our customer service team, making the process very efficient. Configuring the settings for the sales reps' availability is simple, and the scheduling process for customers is clear and efficient. It saves a lot of time for our communications administrator and sales team when scheduling appointments. Additionally, it sends notifications and alerts to make sure nothing is missed. Zoho Bookings integrates with all our other Zoho products, which is very useful, and works well with the CRM and other customer-facing applications. The initial setup of Zoho Bookings was very easy, without any complications. I appreciate the continued updates and new features that are frequently released, upgrading the interface which is always helpful. In general, it accomplishes everything I need it to.

-the new version of zoho bookings makes it extremely difficult to navigate to the "sync" button for all the calendars.  This is extremely important to be able to access quickly because in my experience, zphp bookings is alittle slow to update whats shown on the zoho bookings calendar.  So if i add in an "override" date, i have to go in and sync the calendars before it reflects on the zoho bookings calendar
-zoho bookings does NOT integrate super easily with zoho crm which is shocking. some times the calenda lags and does erase "meetings" in the crm that have been canceled in zoho bookings, so then the time slot shows as "booked" bc the CRM doesnt cancel it, and even the sync and referesh buttons dont fix this. I have an outlook calendar too that sometimes it shows when canceled on outlook, doesnt show canceled on zoho bookings even after syncing.
-the recurring call feature needs to be able to be used for more than one day at a time. For example, if i wanted to have recurring calls on mondays and also on tuesdays, i would ahve to make 2 separate booking consultations, one for mondays, and one for tuesdays
-there should be a mass control for type of calls, so that if i wanted all my different intro calls, to have one notification that went out, that i could choose to have basic notifications for certain types of calls.
-the support i feel does not attempt to dive into these issues very strongly often leaving me with an option to disconnect and reconnect my calendars every so often, but typically that ends up causing more harm then good. I feel like i know more about the crm when i get on to the calls, then they do

I appreciate that Zoho Bookings is all in one with my Zoho account. It directly connects to my Zoho One email, which makes it convenient and money-saving because I have a paid subscription with Zoho One. I don't have to pay for an additional calendar software. I also like that it accommodates Zoom links in the booking.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Bookings?**

I would say that it feels a little bit clunky at times. I do sometimes struggle to keep the connection or integration with Zoom up to date, it does have a learning curve to make sure that you're updating everything. For example, removing the invoicing or the fee because I don't charge fees for people to meet with me.

Zoho Bookings is pretty easy to use and creates an elegant booking calendar experience. It is customizable and not too expensive, and the customer support is helpful. The Stripe integration is nice.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Bookings?**

It is a little confusing how to integrate Bookings with Books and I wish the design customization for the customer-facing side were a bit more straightforward/powerful.

**What problems is Zoho Bookings solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Bookings as a lightweight FSM tool before writing my own for my business (sole proprietor, no employees). It worked fairly well, but Zoho does have a FSM tool as well, so there's no need to rely on Bookings.
All the same, it provided a polished look for my website, which appealed to customers.

Specifically, if a customer books a time slot in one language (e.g., Spanish), that same slot must be automatically blocked across all other language versions to prevent double bookings. Because of that, I use Vintrail, which is a shame.

I find Zoho Bookings easy to use and it's great because of its pricing. Clients can easily book themselves in without me needing to. The setup was very easy; I just went through it step by step and did it myself. I also appreciate that Zoho is priced in Australian dollars, so the exchange rate doesn't affect it. Plus, I use Zoho Bookings and Meetings together, which is convenient. I have Square payment added so clients can pay for appointments in advance if they like. Overall, I would definitely rate it a 10 when recommending it to a friend or colleague.

When using Zoho Bookings on my phone, the calendar drop-down box won't load the full month. I have to scroll through week by week, which is a pain when booking someone 6 or 8 weeks in advance. I also can't edit client details on the mobile; I can add them but can't change errors. Blocking and unblocking days and hours is tricky too. Sometimes people tell me they can't open the client history file.

Due to it being part of the Zoho one package, it allows you to use it without paying for extra software. It is also very simple to use and can really be effective if you only want one platform like Zoho Meetings which is also part of the Zoho One subscriptions.

It needs to allow you to ask your clients what platform they would like to meet on. Rather they ask you to make a separate meeting for Zoom or Teams etc. That is not a great way to do this.

Extraordinarily easy to set up for multiple users working at different times, even different time zones. Easy to tweak and customize for unexpected or planned schedule cahnges.

We use the Zoho CRM and have found a slight issue with bookings not appearing as activities, tasks, or meetings under deals - a bit of a niche issue, but that's about all we found that we have not been 100% happy with.

Very fast and easy implementation, customizable to allow for multiple schedules and timeszone. Easy to make changes "on the fly" and quick and "technical free" integration.

Zoho Bookings works quite well even with other applications, such as Zoho Recruit. We had a workflow where we would send the name and email address as URL parameters to Zoho Bookings, so that the recruitees didn't have to fill out their details twice. Apart from that Zoho Bookings is moderately easy to manage and does what it should (mostly, see below).

As a Google Calendar user it's a bit frustrating that Zoho Bookings doesn't use the existing entries in Google Calendar to determine if I'm available or not. It only uses the time slots booked directly via Zoho Bookings.

It helps you to schedule a time slot with somebody without the usual back and forth "how about next Thursday at 11?". I gues most are going to be aware of Calendly which Zoho Bookings is trying to imitate.

Over time in attempting to use Zoho Bookings, I love the ability to customize the visuals on the booking site.  It's one of the most attractive apps for booking that I've seen. I also appreciate that "cost" was removed as an appointment tag.  It looks better for businesses that would not charge for an appointment.

The aspect I like the least is how the (time zone) detail is in all communication about the appointment. The appointment communication looks like this: Looking forward to meeting you on  22 Feb 2022 at  01:00 PM - 02:00 PM (America/New_York GMT -05:00)!  The appointment communications will be less cluttered by simplifying the time zone details.
