What do you like best about Zoho Analytics?

What do you like best about Zoho One?
Zoho CRM has all the likely features to support running a business. I can easily track the sales, the upcoming forecast of revenues, bill receivables, outstanding etc. It gives me the whole outlook of the overall business of the financial year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Zoho One?

What do you like best about Zoho One?
maintaining the lead status of cold all and incomings leads, the quality which I like most is that I can set the reminder follow-up for any meeting and call, other software is not that easy to use. so very happy with Zoho CRM and I am recommend to other companies too. What do you dislike about Zoho One?
through all functionalities are working well but yes we can put some video tutorials to make the dashboards so that it's easy to learn for new employees. we would like to see an improvement in mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho One?
I like the API documentation and examples they provide. Even the customer support and dev forums were good and informational. As for products, they have a wide range which covers almost all corporate cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It fulfilled all my demands. However, it does not share the data between services, but it replicates it. Which means they have different Ids in different apps. This was something which we had to think about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho One?
Zoho one is a good CRM and suite of tools for small businesses that are price conscious. It's easy to use for people unfamilar with CRMs. It lacks many of the integrations and functions you can get with Hubspot or Salesforce, but works well if you just need basic email marketing, a way to manage contacts, and simple subscriptions and products. What do you dislike about Zoho One?
Zoho One lacks the ability to integrate seamlessly with popular sales and marketing tools and relies heavily on Zapier. Their support was limited and often unhelpful with complex use cases. What do you like best about Zoho One?
As an employee, we must report to our HR for leaves and salary, but Zoho allows me to access everything on my laptop screen. I can easily add leaves and attendance and see my payroll information in Zoho. This software's Interface is reliable and straightforward overall and provides a good user experience.
