What do you like best about Zluri?

Zluri is a great tool, which can cover all applications used within the company.

The integration with other platforms is easy and fast.

The program itself has a user friendly UI, easy to navigate.

What do you dislike about Zluri?

The need for a Chrome browser profile, for the Zluri browser agent to capture data is a limitation.

The desktop agent only capturing desktop applications is another limitation.

What do you like best about Zluri?

A well support team, that are willing to check every hicup along the way to provide a seamless onboarding. Feedback matter to them and are always inclined to improve and develop a more suited product depening on the client feedback and use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zluri?

Multiple systems that we make use of are not available to support for full integration. Altough they will be developed at a later stage it would be more convenient to have intially. Also, support team changes I would keep to a minimum, from my experience a client making use of a system gets used to a familiar face, tends to be more confortable working with rather than having to change mutiple support staff. What do you like best about Zluri?

What do you like best about Zluri?

Zluri has helped us immensely in discovering shadow IT, track application usage and spend, and automate our onboarding and offboarding processes. Their team has been very responsive when working with us to solve our specific business needs. They are continuing to deploy new useful features on an ongoing basis. What do you like best about Zluri?

The UI is intuitive and I can easily create customizable reports for stakeholders. The optimization data is helpful in discerning where money can be saved. Zluri allows me to track specific applications that are not integrated even if they are perpetual licenses which helps me utilize one source of truth instead of multiple locations. What do you like best about Zluri?

I use Zluri almost everyday to track our company expenses, and user count in SaaS platforms.

Setting up new platforms and setting the contracts is easy, and relatively simple.

Most integrations take a few clicks to set up, and are easy to keep track of.

What do you dislike about Zluri?

Sometimes, even if everything seems to be set up correctly, an automation may not work as expected.

What do you like best about Zluri?

What do you dislike about Zluri?

Zluri is definitely still in it's infancy, and it attempts to do everything at the cost of doing any one thing well. Unfortunately you don't have to look too far to find pain points.

Depending on the size of the SaaS estate at your organisation, it can also be a garguantian task to implement Zluri, especially so if you're moving from a fairly disorganised and unreliable source such as Excel or Google Sheets. Zluri do offer a large number of integrations which greatly help with this, but there will still be a large amount of manual reconciliation of user access required for everything else. What do you like best about Zluri?

The application discovery process works so well that it can be overwhelming. We connected Zluri to 4 year old Azure instance and just with that single connection discovered over 700 applications. We had so many "zombie" subscriptions (where employees subscribriptions were not offboared) that we achieved ROI in a single month. We also discovered that many "generic" or "service" paid accounts were created over the years that were unnecessary. We converted these to Shared Inboxes and saved on subscritions. Zluri lives up to it's primary premise to discover "shadow IT" by taking an exhaustive inventory of all applications, which forces our leadership team to critically evaluate, document, and appropriately administrate all of our accounts. This process has actually been extremely helpful in shaping our conversation about IT Policies, administration practices, and even our IT Roadmap. This is an invaluable tool - even if you barely use it to its full potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zluri?

I'm hopful that Zluri can expand its API scopes for some core applications. In an ecommerce business, there is usually 4 primary tools (ERP, Ecommerce, CRM, and Integration). The scopes for some of these platforms are so limited that we cannot leverage the full capabilities of Zluri. Please focus more on these programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zluri?

I love how the team really made it easy to not only stand up a POC but made it super simle to implement and deploy the software for us. We were able to quickly integrate so many apps on our initial POC and get feedback on usage, within 24 hours we were able to do some necessary cost saving changes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zluri?

The Zluri onboarding and account teams have been particulary helpful in ensure that my company got off to a great start and hit the ground running. The responsivness and follow up of the team has been exemplary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zluri?

As a somewhat impatient person, I tend to dislike wiating for bug fixes and new Ui enhancements that I feel are hindering the value I could get out of the tool suite.
