
Torii gives us a truly comprehensive and real-time view of our entire SaaS landscape, from discovery to usage and spend, so we finally have one reliable source of truth instead of scattered spreadsheets and ad‑hoc reports. The automation and workflows around onboarding, offboarding, license reclamation and access reviews have removed a huge amount of manual work from IT and made our processes far more consistent and secure. Deep integrations with SSO, HR, finance and collaboration tools mean data flows seamlessly, renewals are tracked proactively, and we can have much stronger vendor and budget conversations with Finance. There is so much functionality that it can take some time to fully explore everything and decide which dashboards and workflows you want to standardize on for each stakeholder group.
