What do you like best about Zipy?

Leading frontend development is not an easy task in today’s world due to a large number of variables. Zipy dashboard allows me to stay on top of errors unlike any other tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zipy?

Performance monitoring would definitely be a great add on but I heard it is on its way. If I would have been writing this then I would have said I don’t like the theme but it’s all sorted with a new theme. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zipy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zipy does the complete session replay along with all the other vital information like OS, Browser version and IP much more. The combination of session replay and other vital information helps reach the root cause with a breeze. What do you like best about Zipy?

There are a couple of things that this product does well. What I like best would be easy integration in the product and excellent UX to identify user sessions.

I have used some of it's competitors before, while the sessions feature is common amongst these tools, I find Zipy's analytics of the session more holistic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zipy?

Nothing so far.

I primarily use Zipy to view user sessions and get stack trace of any frontend/backend bugs that might have occurred during the session. That experience is reasonably smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Quick identification of bugs

- Comprehensive insights on the user's platform, environment, timezone etc.

- Simple integration with Jira to track bug resolution

With its simple installation procedure and powerful mistake tracking capabilities, Zipy has revolutionised our development and troubleshooting operations. What do you dislike about Zipy?

Without a doubt, Zipy has been a major contributor to our increased productivity. However, in my opinion, there is room for improvement in the form of more individualised alert choices. The ability to customise notifications to fit the particular requirements of distinct projects would be very helpful. With this customisation, we would be able to fine-tune notifications and make sure they give pertinent and useful information unique to each project. By enabling users to customise the alert system, Zipy can provide a service that is even more suited to their needs, meeting a variety of project objectives and maximising productivity. Prior to using Zipy, we had trouble quickly locating and fixing bugs, which resulted in a lengthy time-to-resolution. What do you like best about Zipy?

Had the opportunity to use Zipy, and I must say it's a fantastic application, Zipy provided me comprehensive insights into user interactions and its collaborative dashboard helped streamline the work, it enabled me to make data-driven decisions to improve my product. As someone who works in Data Science I found Zipy to be an invaluable asset to my workflow.

What do you like best about Zipy?

Zipy is a great tool when it comes to identifying production level UI issues. All you need to do is just add the Zipy code to your website and from then on noticing browser specific errors as well as understanding user behavior with it's instant video recording makes things very easy

Beyond that the tool comes handy, in understanding user engagement patterns. This is especially useful for a SaaS platforms where you do not always get a chance to build a one-on-one connect with the user who is using your platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With its recordings Zipy helped us reduce user engamenent friction on website. For instance in production one of the thrid party scripts was taking a longer time to load and our internal team struggled to understand why are we seeing a drop in user engagement after a certain point.
