Zipy lets us see exactly how our users are interacting with our product. It saves us time and improves the overall experience. This makes it much easier for the product team to understand product usage and fix issues faster. I really like Zipy's bug tracking and error tracking features. Recently we were facing lot of network errors in our app that was causing issues for the users. With Zipy, we were able to figure what was going wrong. The error logs were much helpful with that were able to fix issue much quicker. Additionally the session replay, this helped us lot where users were running into trouble. On top of that customer support has been fanatstic. Specially Bharat and Sandesh has helped us a lot. Error logs were not having advanced customization. There was a incident where were network logs were not clearly mentioned and it was a very important issue for us. They came on call and guided us through additonal ways to track and identify those effectively.They understood the requirements and gave us workarounds. Their dev tools are quite effective. I wish they had more filtering options in dev tools . The turnaround time was very quick. The support made a real difference even though the feature was missing. We were facing error in our Android app and that we weren't able to find it. We used Zipy to replay the user session and identify the exact place where the issue occured. Zipy gives detailed dashboard with error logs, which helped our mobile teams resolve the problem quickly. Zipy’s features have improved our app performance and streamlined our debugging process. Zipy is good in a lot of things, we missed some features for Flutter app debugging. But, as part of their Flutter SDK Beta, the support team was responsive and provided effective solutions. Zipy’s session replay feature is good for understanding user behavior. The screen recordings allow us to see exactly how users interact with our application. We can replay every click and action, giving us in depth insights into user experience and usability issues. There’s not much to dislike, but it would be great if the session replay tool could integrate more seamlessly with other customer support tools we use. Zipy has been a game-changer in streamlining our debugging processes. The ease to replay user sessions and filtering them based on geography, email id. etc. has really helped us improve our product with the valuable insights. Their debugging tools, which include detailed error logs and payload data, have really helped our team resolve the issues faster.
It's also easier to integrate with our backend monitoring tool and chat support, allowing us to easily access the session linked with each chat initiated by our users.

Zipy has been a game-changer for me. it was easy to use, and I like how it lets me instantly replay user session (by instantly i mean after the session has been created) and see exactly where errors such as frontend and network are happening. while Zipys filtering options are helpful, navigating big chunks of logs for less defined issues can be a little time taking for some people. Zipy has enabled us to visualise customer experience and any errors customer has faced in near real time. There are a number of features like heat map, session replay, user tagging, console errors which helps us to understand customer experiences including potential issues. Zipy admin is easy to use and can stand u pthe integration with sites in clicks via GTM in few minutes. Capturing Console errors is great feature however if there was a capability to categorize these will help in troubleshooting and fixing the real issues which matter to our customers. I liked Application Performance Monitoring features of Zipy. We were facing speed challenges in out web application. The development tools provided by them proved to be quite helpful. Zipy has proven to be a tool, for overseeing the performance of our application. We faced an issue when the network logs failed to capture some API calls entirely.
