**What do you like best about Zipline?**

One of the best things about Zipline is the Pink Bubble.  Someone is always available to help.  The support doesn't stop after you accept the platform.
It is also easy to use.  There are tools to guide you along the way and even suggestions for creating messages.
Innovation doesn't ever stop.  Zipline listens to suggestions and is proactive on adopting what makes the platform even better!

That is a great question.  If I think of something, I will let you know.

It allows communications to be targeted by department and role, so team members get everything they need (and nothing they don't) in a single location

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

Product enhancements are global - no customer-specific development. While this increases overall product reliability, it reduces the speed at which my specific needs can be addressed.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Retail comms can review all comms for consistency, simplicity, and timing, so volume at the store level is minimized. The library allows us to ensure that content is the latest with no worries about version control.

Zipline makes internal communications easy. Not only is the platform intuitive and user friendly, but their team knows and understands retail operations.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

No downsides to Zipline. If there are opportunities for feature enhancements, they encourage their users to provide feedback. They listen and implement the feedback quickly.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have visbility to readership, execution, and egagement metrics. In terms of execution, we also have visibility to execution quality in the form of a photo approval flow. And recently implimented conversational AI to assist in field related questions.

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

Where do I even begin? From having the ability to plan communications in advanced to targeting messages and resources at the team level, Zipline makes it easy for us and store teams to stay on track.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

Nothing to dislike to be honest. If we have any pain points, we can communicate them with our account manager and make their way into their product cycles. The team at Zipline understands retail! They are constantly innovating and looking to bring solutions and processes that make sense.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clear communications in one platform that is easy to use at the user level. We are able to plan communications in advanced to help guide our field stores in staying on track.

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

As someone who spent many years working in Retail and now works behind the scenes, what I appreciate most about Zipline is how it truly has the experience of frontline workers top of mind. Folks working in Retail and the service sector do important, necessary work and are often overlooked when it comes to time savers and experience savers. When working with the folks at Zipline you can tell they truly care about the experience of these folks!

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

My biggest frustration with Zipline is when there are issues with the publisher that slow down my processes as a communicator. From time to time I have experienced glitches such as my cursor jumping around the page, text inputting in the wrong location, photos not inputting where they are intended to, photos reverting to their original state after resizing or editing. Our Account Manager always prioritizes and is receptive to our feedback but there are some unresolved issues.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that Zipline helps us solve is getting all of our Retail communications and documents in one place! It really streamlines the Retail experience by eliminating excess emails and the need to check multiple platforms throughout the day. Our Retail employees always know where to look for the information that they need on any given topic.

Zipline streamlines communication to frontline teams across multiple functions. It is an invaluable tool for our Ops alignment and accountability throughout the company.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

For our company needs, there really are no downsides. The one feature that would allow us to expand to functions outside Tetail is being deployed in August, 2023.

The number one problem was information distribution chaos with so many potential channels. Staff now have a one stop shop for all that they need to do their jobs. This and task management accountability.

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

Zipline is super intuitive to start using, from the associate level up to the admin level. They provide incredible support through their Pink Bubble Chat team and account managers (seriously, our account manager is the best!). From Summer Camp to the Knowledge Base to regular Product Updates, Zipline makes it easy to stay engaged and aware of the features available to you.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

The Groups and Messages features are less powerful than other messaging platforms like Slack, particularly with notifications for these features.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Retail Communications - one resource to keep all of our retail employees informed and involved. 
Alert system for orders to be fulfilled in store (either in store pickup or online order shipping from store)
Visual merchandising assessments - easily brings together visual execution photos
Task management and field leader visbility into completion

I love the ability that all of our employees get the chance to learn, communicate, engage and have everything they need to complete their daily tasks in a one stop shop!

Need the ability to translate on the spot!

We have not tasked our teams since 2019 and this now allowing us to get back to validating what is happening in store, but also start taking away the noise and frustration happening on the sales floor.

Zipline is an excellent tool for us to communicate to our field team and provides us the reporting to understand readership, compliance and completion of the tasks we are asking of them

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

2 things.  When using Groups as a publisher, it would be nice to be able to see responses without having to go back to field view.  Notifications would be nice.

When looking at viewership of a document posted on Zipline, if an update is made to that document (replaced).  I would like the ability to see total viewership and not have it reset if the document was updated.  If we update a document due to a spelling error or something minor.

Love the ability to communicate directly with the frontline team and easily follow up on outstanding or overdue tasks. It's a great way for us to stay organized.

I find sometimes the updates cause weird bugs, usually within message formatting or group formatting which are small - meaning they sometimes fall low on priority to fix.

It solves our ability to track whether or not everyone has read a specific communication, especially for new process or procedure implementation. This ensures our communication is consistent across the chain.

I love that Zipline is so open to feedback & making developmental changes, also how it allowed us to streamline all comms into 1 platform for stores.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

I wish that as a brand we were able to have more administrative control, as opposed to going to zipline to make user/other admin updates (i.e. terminate a user)

Prior to Zipline, we had multiple communication streams with our stores. Now, stores have 1 user friendly location where they can find everything they need to be successful.

Using Zipline is a great way to communicate & share files with our International teams. We have seen an improvement in compliance in in-store execution for the creative & visual areas of our business. Our creative & marketing teams also receive fewer emails from our INTL partners. Before Zipline, our teams were fielding emails daily from teams that could not locate our files on our previous platform.

The consistent negative feedback I get from our users is that they want to be able to download more than 1 file at a time.

File sharing has been a huge win. We love that we can share links to our files rather than trying to share them directly.

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

The best and most helpful thing about Zipline is not having to send the same message as reminders to the field teams because you can add tasks to hold them accountable. The reporting on readership and task execution is also very helpful and the best we have seen. The company also takes your needs for the business very seriously and will try and adapt what you are looking for. It is also a straightforward platform for both the publisher and the users in the field. The search function is by far the best! The Library to organize and hold items for the field users is excellent and easy to use with the significant search function because you do not even need the full title of the file you are looking for. Also the calendar is a great feature as you can add all of the tasking and items coming up for the future but see what was going on in the past - great for store teams to understand their workload and scheduling needs.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

There is nothing we dislike about Zipline because they are continuing to update and evolve.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What Zipline is doing for us is creating a one-stop shop for field users instead of continuing to use other platforms. The reporting is excellent, and it helps the publishers to analyze what is happening and the upper-field users to see what is going on.

Zipline is user friendly. It provides one stop shopping for club teams through the dashboard . It also provides task management tools and visibility over task completion and readership.

Current issue with the system logging you out.

Zipline is SO FLEXIBLE.  I haven't encountered a problem the software couldn't solve for our internal communications!

What if I haven't had an experience to dislike yet? Their issue resolution is so quick I don't even have a chance to get frustrated, and their customer service is on point!

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Few companies understand the complex nature of internal and retail communications like Zipline. They have built out a back end that can handle my most complex targeting and distribution needs with a user interface that is easy to use. I've been able to accomplish what used to take a team of 5 with a team of 2 with all of Zipline's built-in features. My stores and field leaders are more informed than ever.

Zipline Task Management saves our managers time every day. Managers can easily prioritize their follow-up on incomplete tasks and are much more efficient with their time.

I think what I like best is using the search function to find what I need. Since I am a publisher, I have an idea of where things are at, but there are sometimes there are documents where I am not sure where it is, and the search function helps!

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

I think what I have the most fights with is the message editor in Zipline. Most of the time I can get it to work how I want it, but the times when I can't, it gets frustrating.

Definitely communications! Before I started, I kept hearing about how bad the communications were for the company and how there wasn't a centralized way to share information that wasn't watered down through multiple outlets.

The best this about Zipline is the amazing functionality of the search feature. It's quick and can find any and everything ever posted.

The group communications feature is not robust enough for us to use as our primary messaging platform.

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

Zipline offers so many great features as a communications platform. I love that we can format messages tailored to each store, if needed, in a visually pleasing and well-organized way. The library area is great for document/information storage, and groups are awesome for collaboration/discussion within stores and between districts/across the company. Assessments and surveys are a helpful way to audit stores and collect information.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

There could be more opportunities for two-way communication between stores and HO. Assessments could be more robust and better organized, especially on the administrative side.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using this tool as a communication and document storage platform for communicating updates and initiatives from head office to stores. Being able to see readership statistics is fantastic and something we certainly did not have previously with just email.

It is very user friendly platform. It helps to communicate properly. It is the best communication tool where all our team can discuss to solve an issue. The UI is very great.

I was not able to control or edit any user list. The customization of the options is okayish. It would be best if worked on it. There should be some automated email generation.

It is one of the best tool.

The communication tool is the best which solves all our communication-related problems. Our team is able to discuss on an issue on the proper platform. This has helped to get to the solution quickly.

The centralization of information made it great to not need other tools and allowed for an easy way to be in communication and collaboration with many teams/departments within my organization.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

It was sometimes difficult to see new alerts come in. The small notification in the top right corner didn't always catch my eye.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining communication. Previously, my team would receive information via 3+ different platforms so it was very difficult to keep track and stay on top of all of the different communication coming through. Zipline allowed my organization to organize that all in one place and better communicate information across all teams.

It was easy to use on the backend and much more manageable than company-wide emails that nobody ever really reads.

It isn't cheap, but nothing good is. I wish it was a bit more intuitive from a user standpoint but far from impossible

It enabled us to reach the entire client organization and send out digestible messages ranging from tasks, protocols, and messaging.

The cut & dry nature of zipline is by far my favorite aspect. Navigation and general use is very user friendly & understandable.

When first using zipline and linking it to other data sources there was a bit of a disconnect, but it was resolved quickly and easily.

The user friendly layout of zipline is so very helpful. It isn't overwhelming or hard to navigate which is great for admins & users alike!

Zip line is a great resource for all communication to be in one place  it makes it so easy so you don’t skip a beat on things you need to know for work and to be able to communicate with whole teams

 There are certain features of zip line like the groups that make it a little confusing because you can join the wrong group if you are unsure of which when you were supposed to be a part of but everything is all together which is easy to use

 Whole organization communication is so easy to use when you have one field where everything to me accessed by all employees it makes it easy for messaging and updates to be seen and heard by everyone

Any lapse in communication for whole organization has been cut down due to everything being available and seen on zip line

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

I like that my Zipline page is customized to the store I work at. I also like that it my dashboard shows me what tasks I have and what messages I need to read. I like how it is a multimedia platform so there are links, videos, etc.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

I dislike that sometimes I feel as if I am missing information. The notification icon in the top right corner is quite tiny. Although I will complete my tasks and messages, the icons won't go away. Sometimes these tasks should be directed at someone on the leadership team as they are not relevant for me to complete but they still show up for me anyway. I also dislike how sometimes notifications don't correlate with tasks and so sometimes I miss information I should be seeing.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zipline bridges the gap between the executive level, regional management, and our store. It is easy to be on the same page about new product and announcements. I like that I am able to be kept in the loop. This is a great benefit because it opens up a channel for communication that we hadn't had, especially on a big team.

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

It helps a lot with communicating with other employees and managers. It's also really easy to download. It has made getting in touch with everyone a lot more stress-free. It has a really user-friendly interface. It also holds people more accountable and people get a lot more tasks done in the store than before we got Zipline. Everyone gets to equally do the work instead of skipping their duties. 

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

It's a little pricey! However, it is a really good software so I understand why it is priced the way that it is!

It takes a while to learn

It solves communication issues between employees. Everything is easily manageable instead of emailing and texting multiple times a day.

Zipline is great for improving communication among teams. My team loves it because of its ease of use and intuitive design, it’s easy for them to download and use right away. They can easily see their tasks and begin. 

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

The least helpful is that the app can act up and sometimes have a few days after updates where it doesn’t work correctly.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication problems are being solved with zipline, especially in regards to tasks being assigned. No longer do team members have to flip through emails/texts/posted lists instead they can just check the app and begin right away.

The web interface is very clean, clear and easy to use. Menus are intuitive and it feels like no heavy or long training is needed for new personnel.

In the messages part, you cannot open attachments in the browser. Attachments will open in default program and app.

Fast distribution of information a different company levels. 
Notes based on department accessing the messages.

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

I like that I can manage employees and send urgent messages to other managers and executives. It is easy to do on the platform rather than making tons of calls to phones that won’t answer or pick up. It’s a great way to get in touch with everyone!

I dislike the cost of the platform. Being in retail it’s already pricey enough
