## Zipline Reviews
 ### 1. Amazing Intranet Platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian J. | Communications Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

Updated 2026 - Zipline continues in all my previous points, while innovating and refining continually. They have a huge investment in AI which is necessary in the current business environment.

-Comprehensive organization for messages, resources, and more!
-Easily the allow the right access to the right people and audiences
-friendly UX, easy to navigate to what you need
-customizable pages to present information exactly how we want
-assessments and quizzes for keeping on top of product knowledge, visual presentations, and more.
-groups feature is great for associate engagement
-integration with several apps we use, such as for time clock.
-great customer support, quick resolution to any issues or quick changes needed.
-for most cases replaces the need for emailing stores, thus avoiding bypassing the complexity of email communications with large staffbases.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

Updated 2026 - same feedback as before. I would add that some of the calenar functionality could be improved for more customizeable view.

-some elements of employee engagement are a bit tricky - for example, viewing comments and reactions to a message requires downloading an excel sheet to view separately, rather than in the Zipline platform.
-quizzes and assessments have basic logic but lack some more complex quiz configurations (advanced conditional formatting, allowing images in all portions of the quiz, switching the order of responses in a multiple choice)

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zipline is our one-stop shop for all store communications and a hub for all resources (or launchpad to any external resources like service tickets).
This platform allows all our associates to engage in daily communications and makes it so that we no longer require a manager to pass every piece of information to frontline associates. With Zipline, we can consolidate everything our teams need to know to operate an efficient and successful business.

 ### 2. Simplifying Communication, While Developing Brand Voice and Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ariana Rose P. | Store Operations Specialist, New Stores & Special Projects, Retail, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

Zipline has revolutionized the way Torrid communicates with Store Teams. As a previous Store Manager who participated in the adoption of Zipline from the store level first, it created a one stop location to find all relevant information. Between message ease and customized distro lists, to all areas of the resource library and surveys; we are able to implement new intiatives with ease. Zipline is also always available between our amazing Account Manager Adam, or Pink Bubble. Their constant support builds confidence to develop with their team.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

There are always small tech issues with a tech brand, however any dislikes are purely technical glitches that are usually not long lasting. My only preference would be for Zipline to develop their own text box (formatter) so they can control updates in house. Small items like adding spacing or removing small formatting is due to third party issues, that Zipline is not able to adjust as quickly as all of their own products!

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All areas of communication and compliance. It seamlessly connected HQ to our fleet of stores with a same common message, and bridged a gap of communication.

 ### 3. Princess Polly x Zipline

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miranda G. | Retail Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

I love zipline’s commitment to their customer as they constantly make updates that make the platform more user friendly and helpful. Their use of AI tools feels like the perfectly balanced support that still feels human while leveraging AI tools to make the platform that much better. The team at Zipline is so dedicated to supporting their customers and it’s an absolutely pleasure to work with them!

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

Nothing comes to mind that I dislike about Zipline! They are always evolving and listening to customer feedback to improve the platform.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zipline solves many problems for us! We are a growing brand that currently has communications and resources across multiple different platforms making it difficult to find things and reference them. As we grow, we aim to use Zipline as our one source of truth. We also value that employees at all levels have access which has not been the case for prior communications platforms we’ve used in the past. This allows us to tap into a new level of engagement with our sales associates and build buy in, engagement, and accountability!

 ### 4. From Scattered Updates to One Reliable Hub

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kandice C. | Change Management Integration Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

As our Change Integration Lead, I use Zipline to centralize process guidance, training, and operational updates for our Local Operators. The Library and Learning Center give teams a reliable source of truth, while bundled communications help us deliver timely updates without creating unnecessary noise.

Zipline’s intuitive interface and AI-powered search make it easy to find the right information, manage content, and keep teams aligned on how day-to-day operations should run. Their support team is also one of the best I have worked with, consistently helping both me and our Local Operators resolve questions and get the most value from the platform.

Overall, Zipline has made our operational communication more organized, consistent, and actionable across the field.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

The main area I would like to see Zipline improve is its integration and reporting capabilities. Pulling reports and creating automations across systems can still be a very manual process, which adds administrative work and limits how efficiently we can use platform data at scale.

More robust integrations, easier data exports, and flexible automation options would help reduce manual effort and improve the overall return on the platform. Enhancing this area would make it easier to connect Zipline with existing workflows, monitor performance, and act on insights more quickly.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zipline is helping us create a one-stop shop where cross-functional partners can request communications or process updates for Local Operators without having to search for the correct point of contact across different locations. This creates a more consistent intake process, reduces delays, and makes it easier to route requests to the right teams.

They are also helping us improve how users interact with the Library and Learning Center by using AI-powered search and support to make process guidance and training easier to find, understand, manage, and apply across the organization.

 ### 5. Zipline Truly Listens—User Feedback Implemented Quickly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael C. | Store Operations Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

Zipline listens to us, and our feedback is not just taken but heard and combined with other users' needs. When my team and my stores see suggestions that they have asked for implemented quickly, they see the benefit of continuing to provide the feedback. Our most recent example of this is the carousel image for photo approvals.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

Basic customization of the site is possible, but more in-depth customization is needed. Back ground images, renaming side bar topics are just a few.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, we are solving some data flow problems with direct imports into the library. These are reports that are updated weekly that the stores use on an as-needed basis. Before the direct import, it was a static document that became outdated very quickly.

 ### 6. Zipline Keeps Communication and Tasks in One Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

The most heplful thing about Ziplien for us is the ability to have all communication and task as a one stop shop. It provides us a way to communicate clear direction, task assignment and task follow-up.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

The only thing I am not a huge fan of is that every feature seems to come with an added cost. I would prefer if it was all encompassing so we ensured we had the absolute best experience for our teams from the get go without needing to approach our Senior Leadership Team every time a new feature comes out.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zipline solves the "who saw it" for us. We are able to see in real time who has read the message and ensure there is accountability in the field for execution on tasks. The ability to provide feedback on photo tasks allows us to ensure our stores are completing what is needing to be done at the level we expect.

 ### 7. Zipline Unites Corporate and Retail Teams with Strong Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

The way that it allows us to monitor/control our culture, but also create collaboration across 175 retail locations. It also helps to break down the wall between the corporate office and the retail locations. We do find that this alone makes the cost of Zipline more digestible.

Our account manager is incredibly helpful. We also heavily utilize the "pink bubble". We find that the team who monitors that to be very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

The reporting. We are a really data driven company and I wish we could pull more data the way we need it without reaching out to our Account Manager or support. Also, the additional reporting, at times, comes with an added expense. To me, that is slightly ridiculous considering what we already pay for the platform.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are just starting to build integrations with Zipline and we find that to be really helpful in creating efficiencies. We run a slim corporate office so that is a huge benefit. For example, we recently integrated it our HRIS and the user list is completely automated.

 ### 8. Intuitive, Retailer-Built Tool with Game-Changing Communication and Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

It is a robust, but simplified tool made by retailers for retailers. The product is intuitive and easy to use for both the publishers & the end users. We are coming up on our two year anniversary of using Zipline and not only are our field and store teams better equipped to run their business because of it, we are also learning so much on how we, as HQ partners can be better and do better for the stores. Help Forums and Groups have opened up collaborative, two-way communication that we didn't really have before. Also, being able to track message readership & task execute has made it so much easier for our field leaders to monitor and support their stores. We've also begun using surveys and photo tasks to validate correct task completion and it's proving to be a game changer! The product is great, but another huge reason why we chose Zipline was because of the support! Our account rep has been with us every step of the way. From discovery, to pilot/implementation, through rollout & beyond, she has been more than just a partner, she is truly an extension of our business! Everyone at Zipline has been amazing since day one... and no stale functionality here... Zipline is always evolving and enhancing their already amazing product and they really do take client feedback seriously when deciding on product/platform modifications! Great product & an amazing team to work with!

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

There are a few pieces of functionality that we would like to see added, but at the moment, they are not top of list for many other clients so they haven't been prioritized yet... Some examples, we would like to have other task status option like In-Progress, On-Hold, and Cancel/Cannot Complete. We'd also love to assign different distribution lists by tasks, as well as be able to reopen a task and follow up on task for completed stores in addition to not completed stores. Lastly, we'd love to have the ability to build reports and make them public to the store and field teams within the system. We have the ability to build reporting, but we have to export it and send it to the request party. We'd love to keep everything in the system

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like I mentioned before Help Forum, Groups, & Closing Comments has allowed us to have much better collaborative communication. Through these communication channels we have be able to identify where support is need, where stores are facing roadblocks to task complete, and where there may be global issues. Also, surveys & photo tasks has made it easy for field leadership to check in on stores virtually that they may not be able to get to as often as they'd like.

 ### 9. Simple, Intuitive, and Built for Everyday Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amber E. | Manager, Store Systems, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

Zipline is very intuitive and easy to use, and the clean UI is a nice added bonus. Feedback from our users has been very positive. Working with the Zipline team has been a great experience, with support always being provided. The website and application perform well with minimal experienced downtime.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

Our user base was accustomed to a highly customized tool, so transitioning to a SaaS platform like Zipline has been tricky. It’s taken some navigation on our side to build buy-in, especially around features that don’t match what we previously had.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zipline is meeting our needs for a “one-stop-shop” communications platform, and it also offers robust built-in search functionality.

 ### 10. Instant, Reliable Field Communication That Keeps Daily Operations Running Smoothly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

Zipline gives us a way to immediately inform the field about what’s new in daily operations, and it also helps relieve stress when tension is high and other platforms are down or something isn’t working. That instant connection helps us at HQ do our jobs quickly and efficiently, while also supporting the teams in our stores that we work with every day.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

I think one downside is how efficient Zipline is when it comes to serving a not-so-techy audience. It can be difficult to provide proper training on Zipline in a simple, straightforward way that anyone can quickly get accustomed to.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the instant communication problems we often run into with other forms of contact. It feels like a one-stop shop not only for messaging, but also for resources people can access right away, instead of having to rely on someone else to find them.

 ### 11. Highly Experienced Team Makes Zipline Shine

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Blair P. | Community Outreach and Event Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

The dynamic and experienced team behind the scenes - account managers, implementation managers, sales team are all highly educated and seasoned.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

One exercise that would mature the implementation process fast is for the organization to define a number of situational use-cases that they execute daily. Then, work back with the implementation team to understand best functionality within the Zipline tool. Some nomenclature or jargon has to be learned to apply to current organizational processes.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The agent based pink bubble has been extremely helpful for our team in the setup process for our pilot group. Answers in real-time to support productivity.

 ### 12. Incredible UI/UX and Support—Centralized Communications for All

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kasey H. | Senior Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

Definitely our account manager and the support team have been there for all of our questions and onboarding needs. The UI/UX is incredible for us as system managers, and it also makes our field team actually want to open the system every day, feel engaged, and stay excited to use it. The AI intelligence is super helpful too—Zippy is like asking a knowledgeable friend about any resource or message.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

I haven't found a downside! Would purchase this product again and again for our business

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized communications, depth of tasks, analytics on readership and task execution

 ### 13. Zipline Keeps Store Teams Organized with a Simple, Easy-to-Use Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

Zipline keeps everything in one place for our store teams, which makes it much easier to stay organized. On the publisher side, it’s straightforward and easy to use, and for our store teams it’s just as simple to navigate and quickly understand what’s most important for their day.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

The team is always super friendly and helpful whenever we run into any issues, so there really isn’t much to dislike.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Zipline, we didn’t have many metrics on who was reading our communications or actually executing them, and we were struggling with follow-through. Zipline makes it really easy to see who has read something, whether they’ve completed the task, and it gives us a clear way to follow up if we need to.

 ### 14. Framebridge Store Teams Love Zipline!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tara A. | Director, Store Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

Ziplines is a really intuitive tool—our store teams can navigate the system easily and stay on top of everything they have on their plate each day.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

There are no downsides to using Zipline, to be honest.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our store teams used to scour countless resources across multiple platforms just to find the answers they needed. Zipline helps by consolidating daily task responsibilities, resources, and learning materials in one place, making it much easier to stay organized and get information quickly.

 ### 15. Zipline Delivers a True One-Stop Shop with Clear Compliance Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

We always talk about a “One Stop Shop”—and Zipline really delivers. It consolidates multiple tools and platforms for our retail field teams, supports an effective partnership between home office and stores, and provides full visibility into compliance tracking.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

For our teams, we believe Zipline has a real opportunity to become an innovative training LMS. Features like gamification, leaderboards, and the ability to accrue points could help keep our teams more engaged with training and make the overall experience feel more motivating.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance tracking is the biggest problem Zipline solves for our teams. Our District Managers have full autonomy to make educated, stats-backed decisions when coaching. Cross-functional ownership is clear, and it’s easy to follow up with the right individuals.

 ### 16. Less Chasing, more doing. We Zip in everyday.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie J. | Sr. Program Manager, Retail Communications, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

Having one place for everything in Zipline makes our teams day to day easier than ever. We utilize the AI feature for the Library, but adding messages has refined the responses we get from Zippy.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

Any downside I've experience has been promptly address by Zipline support.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not problems, but advancements. Zipline has upped performance by adapting to AI in other areas of the platform, helping not only field teams, but also our HQ support teams by enabling AI features in publishing.

 ### 17. Great Comms Leads to Great Sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tara M. | Omni Analyst, Store Operations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

Intuitive usage in creating messages, surveys, assessments and group forums. Allows to streamline through the Dashboard and creation of Hubs. Tools allow for flexibility, to adjust to growing needs and business shifts.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

Sometimes there are little glitches that come up (bullet point formatting) or long-term needs (photo annotation) for different elements but open to feedback and forthcoming with roadmap and future developments.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Photo annotation, AI generation - as tech becomes more sophisticated, ensuring functionality is kept up.

 ### 18. Streamlined Operations with Exceptional Ease of Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

I find Zipline incredibly user friendly for both publishers and end users in stores. It's great to navigate and easy to use, simplifying work streams and offering amazing workflows. I really appreciate the analytics aspect, as there are tons of ways to dig into the data, which ultimately helps better serve the store team. This makes them more successful. Additionally, the ease of use cuts down on time spent within the platform, allowing store teams to get the information they need swiftly and return to their tasks efficiently. On the publisher side, the system is straightforward to navigate and effective in getting information out to stores, ensuring we are fast and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

Nothing!

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zipline to streamline and create a single source of truth for updates, store operations, and policies, improving efficiency. It's user-friendly, saving time, and offers analytics to better serve store teams, making them successful.

 ### 19. Convenient Communication Hub with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

I like the communication tool system in Zipline, especially now that they've added AI to help refine our communications, making it an even better program than it was before. Having the AI within the system adds a level of convenience that allows me to do my job faster and more efficiently. Setting up Zipline was extremely easy for us, especially since we were previously using email for communication. It's been very quick and adaptable for our company to use. I also appreciate that Zipline acts as a one-stop shop for communication, holding all our library, procedure policies, and documents, making it a really convenient place for team members to go.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

The library needs a full refresh. I'm part of the team that's involved with helping mold it with Zipline, and currently, it just needs a lot of work. It's very UI unfriendly. It just doesn't screen new modern ages, especially with the most recent refresh that Zipline has done in terms of its UI. Everything else looks very pretty and unique, and that looks very dated and just not very good.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zipline as a one-stop shop for communication, keeping our stores aligned and updated. It holds all our libraries, policies, and documents, making it easy for team members to access. The AI feature helps refine our communications faster and more efficiently.

 ### 20. Streamlined Communication with Great Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

I appreciate how Zipline streamlines communications to our field teams, making it clear and concise so they can focus on the action needed. It also gives transparency of execution and consumption to our corporate publishers. Even though we are still in the build stage, the materials shared to support have been very clear and helpful. I expect to use messages for daily communication and tasks for key actions, and I'm looking forward to using groups to support some exciting product launches and innovations. The material to set the stage is great.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

I would like to see more frequent meetings during set up and more accessibility via chat not just email to our technical partner. He seems over extended. The material to set the stage is great, but it hasn't been as smooth as I would like.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Zipline streamlines communications to our field teams, keeping it clear and concise so they can focus on action needed, while providing transparency of execution and consumption to our corporate publishers.

 ### 21. Very User-Friendly—Site Teams Can View Messages Quickly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johnet S. | Senior Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

It's very user friendly. Our site teams are able to log in and view messages quickly

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

The lack of backend data available to those in our organization that have backend access to publishing.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not sure what they are solving at the moment, but I do request the pink bubble for backend data reports and they help me. I just wish that I had the access to pull the data myself.

 ### 22. Enhances Corporate Comms with Ease and Speed

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

I love the accessibility of Zipline as everything is easy to navigate, and the support helps to answer any questions we may have within an hour. I love how easy it is for stores to view their communications and tasks assigned to them. The distribution functionality is a favorite because we can paste or upload a store list via Excel. My partners have mentioned how easy it is to search for a communication on the Zipline platform. Also, the initial setup was fairly easy, with not a lot of work required on our end. I also appreciate how much faster Zipline is compared to our old tool, Reflexis - myWork.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

One thing that I can see an improvement on is being able to edit a communication once it is scheduled. This would be the most helpful for our partners instead of relying on the publisher.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zipline helps us communicate corporate communications to our retail stores effectively. I love the accessibility—everything is easy to navigate. The support team really helps to answer any questions we may have quickly. Also, it streamlines the distribution process with its distribution functionality.

 ### 23. Effective Communication Tool with Room for Design Enhancements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

I find Zipline easy to use from both a publisher perspective and a user standpoint. I appreciate that it creates one voice across our organization, simplifies communications, and connects teams in different locations, reinforcing our company culture. I also like that the surveys in Zipline are easy to use and very useful, providing direct user input and easy-to-read results.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

The publisher interface and design options are a little clunky. I wish there were more formatting and design options to make messages look better and more stylized with our brand.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zipline creates one voice across our organization, simplifies communications, connects teams in different locations, and reinforces our company culture.

 ### 24. Streamlined Retail Tasks with Superior Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

I appreciate that the Zipline support team is fast and responsive, making it easy to solve any problem with their in-house support. The user-friendly UI is a big plus, especially when we are onboarding new team members, as they can navigate Zipline effectively with minimal guidance and training. Also, the initial setup was very easy, and their straightforward onboarding process helped quite a bit.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

We are not typical retail, so some of the things that they are very strong with don't specifically meet our needs, so sometimes we need to find workarounds in those areas to fit our business.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zipline solves my scattered documentation and messaging issues by providing me a single source of truth for resources. Its user-friendly UI and responsive support make onboarding new team members easy and problem resolution straightforward for us.

 ### 25. Easy to Use, with Constant Support from Our Rep

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Émilie Z. | Conseillère en communications externes | External Communications Advisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

Ease of usage, constant support through our rep and the pink bubble

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

Some of its rigidity (the fact that message can't be hidden by the user, readership view for Store managers, view in stores who created a task, etc)

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled with reaching associates on the sales floor. Now we can provide an easier access to information thanks to the search and AI.

 ### 26. Zipline is amazing!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amber B. | Retail Operations Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

I love the fact that I can send focused content to ALL of our retail employees and see who has read it!

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

There are some things that Zipline does not do today but the team is always open to feedback and making improvements based on customer needs.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zipline is allowing a one stop shop for all employees communications! We do everything in there!

 ### 27. Zipline Keeps Teams Aligned with Intuitive, All-in-One Communication

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

What I like best about Zipline is how easy it makes it to keep everyone on the same page. It gives us one place to share important updates, manage tasks, and track execution, which helps our store and support teams stay aligned. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and has become an important tool for communicating with and engaging our frontline employees.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

There can be a learning curve when using some of the more advanced features, but overall the platform is easy to use and continues to evolve based on employee feedback.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zipline helps QuikTrip keep communication clear and transparent across teams and markets. It gives employees a simple way to connect, share updates, and stay informed, helping ensure important information reaches the right people at the right time.

**Reviewed by:** Lisa S. | Store Operations and Communications Support Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

I love that we can communicate with stores in real time. Surveys are efficient and straight forward. Business partners can have access to information sooner and stores appreciate checking it off and moving on.

Many features are add-ons and not included in basic packages (like 2-way communication).

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Associate level communication and visibility.

 ### 29. Amazing Partners Going Beyond Store Comms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tammi S. | Director, IT Business Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

The partnership that strives to understand our business and support our usage. We love Nathan, our customer rep, and the amazing support reps that help us whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

We haven't found any downsides. We're very happy with the platform.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to use this platform to keep all full-time and part-time Associates on the same page. We are able to encourage users to search messages and the library to find answers to questions which empowers them to do a great job for our customers.

 ### 30. Easy, User-Friendly Messaging That Saves Publishers Time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

Messaging is very easy and user-friendly. We’ve had great experiences with business partner publishing, especially the autonomy it gives our partners and the time savings it provides for us as publishers.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

Zipline Learning has had its struggles for us including noticeable gaps in reporting, lack of SCORM automation, and state or country specific targeting.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes in-store communication easier and helps eliminate duplicative messages for the field. It’s also helping us move toward our goal of having a one-stop shop within a single platform.

 ### 31. All-in-One Platform with an Amazing Zipline Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lesley M. | Platform manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

The consolidation of multiple tool functionalities into one platform. And the Zipline team are amazing partners

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

The dashboard format can be constraining. It would be great if there was more free format movement of dashboard components

Zipline is solving complex communication and operational management isssues

 ### 32. Easy to Use with a Strong Commitment to Feedback and Platform Improvements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** william m. | Store Operations Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

ease of use, and their commitment to feedback and platform improvements.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

The new UI has a lot of whitespace in message drafts. When I’m creating a widget, I wish there were more freedom and flexibility in what I can use.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

consistent communication with a fleet of stores.

 ### 33. Zipline: Essential for Streamlined Retail Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kathryn K. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

I really like Zipline for its ease of use and aesthetic appeal. It brings everything together in one place, which saves time and makes things easier for frontline associates. This user-friendly interface also helps increase adoption across our fleet of retail stores. The setup for Zipline was very easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

We just need to add more things to our program.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find that Zipline puts everything in one place, saving me time and making operations easier for our frontline associates.

 ### 34. Strong Oversight Tools That Keep Communication Policy on Track

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

I enjoy the way they allow levels of oversight to ensure adherence to the company communication policy

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

The comment section does not function the way you'd assume and the learning curve for a company as a whole can be hard. Going from no communication policy to something is bound to be difficult no matter what software solution is selected

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Field communication #1. Zipline allows us to build a single source of truth that all levels are looking at, ensuring nothing is lost in translation.

 ### 35. Easy Workflow With a Minimal Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

Easy workflow and easy for our users to find what they're looking for with minimal learning curve

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

At the moment, I don't have any dislikes

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All users in our stores will have access to timely information, a powerful search engine, and an easy-to-understand platform. We struggled with slow and painfully inaccurate search functionality on our old platform. It was very difficult to find information. The platform itself was very outdated and no longer supported, so it's a very exciting time to move to Zipline!

 ### 36. Centralized, Searchable Task Management That Transformed Our Clinic Messaging

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Cosmetics | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

Obviously the task management piece, but it has really been a game changer for our messaging to all clinics. It keeps everything centralized and searchable.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

I'd love it if there were more capabilities in the text areas, but I know it's limited. I'd like to be able to download a PDF version of library resources as well

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We really struggled with having knowledge, announcements, to-dos in one spot. It was all over the place. Zipline makes it centralized

 ### 37. Easy access everywhere, on all devices

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Building Materials | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

Easily accessible from anywhere on different devices for employees working on the floor

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

Each request for modification/addition of functionality must be evaluated and potentially rejected. The customization of the platform is thus limited.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The vast majority of store employees do not have easy access to a computer and/or are present at various times of the day and week. Therefore, it is simpler for them to access communications and reference documents directly on the sales floor.

 ### 38. Streamlined Comms

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kari H. | Director of Communications and Recognition / Assistant Corporate Secretary, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

Ability to communicate with our teams in the field or offices! Steamlined and straightforward!

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

Would love to see more analytics within groups.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching our workforce who are not in the office and don't have constant access to computers

 ### 39. Intuitive Platform That’s Easy to Learn

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

We’re just onboarding to the new platform, and I’m really loving how intuitive it is and how easy it has been to learn so far.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

I don’t specifically dislike anything; however, it has introduced a lot of change to our processes and has made us feel like we’ve gone “backwards” in some of our internal workflows. That said, we’re finding new ways to work and adapt and Zipline has been super supportive along the way.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zipline search is much better than our current platform. It’s also helped us “clean up” a lot of outdated resources by making it easier to find what we need and identify what should be updated or removed.

 ### 40. User-Friendly Hub for Training and Communication in One Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

I like that it is user friendly and easy to navigate. It took me a second to learn but then it clicked! I also love that it puts everything from training to communications in one place.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

I feel our zipline has turned into a social media platform. I am fairly new to my role and intend to change that!

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to have a library of information, communications, trainings, and messaging in one spot.

 ### 41. Fosters Community and Delivers Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah C. | Learning & Communications Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

Zipline has brought our company together in ways we had never experienced before. It has fostered a real sense of community among our teams nationwide. Stores that once had little to no interaction now connect with each other daily through the platform.

A major factor in our decision to go with Zipline was its strong support feature. With our relatively small team, having access to knowledgeable experts is essential. Our account manager, Leanne, is always available and has made the implementation process smooth and straightforward, consistently providing answers to all our questions.

The platform is also extremely intuitive and user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

I have quite literally nothing negative to say about Zipline, except I wish that the pink bubble (customer support) feature was available on weekends.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zipline has replaced many avenues of obsolete communication such as internal emails and support desk tickets. We also use Zipline as an LMS and is much easier to use than our previous platform.

 ### 42. Amazing Communication Cadence and a Great Environment for Store Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

The communication cadence and overall environment for store teams are amazing.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

No downsides that I can think of at this time. Overall, the platform is very user-friendly and retail-store friendly.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zipline does an amazing job of structuring communication and keeping store information in one place. Eliminating the need for Slack and email has been a game changer, giving us a more organized and consistent way to deliver communications.

 ### 43. Best way to quickly and efficiently communicate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily T. | Senior Store Communications Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

The ease to use, it’s a one place shop for our store employees

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

Formatting for reports can be difficult to analyze

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining communication and resources. Stores don’t have to search multiple platforms

 ### 44. Our One-Stop Shop for Team Communication, Tasks, and Learning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

This it has become out one stop shop for our teams. It covers everything from store communications, task management and also acts as our Learning Management system.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

The reporting, especially in the Learning tab needs a lot of work. I'd love to be able to export one report that includes multiple tracks.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communicating more efficiently to our frontline employees. Also allow us to create a robust Resource Center.

 ### 45. Streamlines Communication Across Multiple Locations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colleen M. | Training and Development Operations Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

I love that Zipline streamlines our communication and ensures all updated information is in one place with consistent language. The forms library, assessments, and surveys are really handy. The ease of use is fantastic; everyone loves it. It's organized well, so we can always find anything we've communicated, and we can update or change on the go. The initial setup was extremely easy and organized, and the training was great.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

Creating folders for surveys! There are none, all existing surveys sit there. Can organize more efficiently instead of deleting, in the case of a survey we do once or twice a year.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zipline for streamlining communication, keeping all information updated in one place, ensuring consistency in language, and utilizing forms, assessments, and surveys effectively.

 ### 46. Intuitive UI, Continuous Improvements, and Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

The intuitive UI, continuous improvement mindset, and customer support.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

The one thing that's a bit limiting is the branding options of the platform.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zipline is helping connect our teams and create community. It feels more like a tool than a communications page. It helps drive our teams to the information that they need to know, when they need to know it.

 ### 47. Centralizes Learning and Communication in One Place

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shelby D. | Director of Marketplace Services and Learning, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

That it centralizes learning and communication

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

It can be cluttered. You can't forward direct messages to people

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility into tasks and store execution

 ### 48. Easy to Use, Fast Field Communication with Built-In Tracking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

It’s easy to use, and it helps us get communication out to the field quickly, with tracking included.

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

The new UI feels busy and isn’t very intuitive to navigate.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps everything in one place—communication, resources, task management, and the calendar—so for the most part it feels like a one-stop shop for stores.

 ### 49. Intuitive UI That Keeps Content Organized and Digestible

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

Intuitive user interface! Helps stay organized and keeps content digestible which helps with adoption/readership

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

Little bit limited in terms of functionality and integrations. Lots to be desired still in the roadmap

Solving the frequency and volume of communication through one channel and allowing us to tailor comms to the right audience

 ### 50. A foundational piece for our store teams day to day

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carl F. | Head of Brand Partnerships, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Zipline?**

The user interface is incredibly easy to use, making it simple for all of our store teams to quickly learn and make the most of this platform. We especially love the daysheet functionality and rely on it whenever we need tasks completed!

**What do you dislike about Zipline?**

Not much to dislike about Zipline! The platform has continued to grow and include features that are useful for our teams.

**What problems is Zipline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having everything centralized and organized has made a significant difference. Before using Zipline, our communications, store resources, and other important materials were spread out over multiple platforms.
