ZINFI is a great platform, easy to navigate, very user-friendly, and has great support. Now I've been using an academy platform that uses ZINFI UCM. I can easily see my progress and the courses I left behind, without being lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Until now, I haven't come across anything I really dislike about it. Just a bit of advice to improve the platform, since it's very visual, maybe implementing to be able to activate a night mode would be very helpful when using it at night. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything is organized and in one place. It is very easy to put together a co-branded marketing campaign that is ready to distribute in just a few clicks. The Social Syndication is a really cool feature that I am playing with. I am the digital Marketing director, and love to spotlight the companies that are the easiest to work with, like 3M. There is room for improvement in the search function. For example, I want to find something on sandpaper, I have to know it is an "abrasive", the search functionality is not very predictive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't had an experience that I would dislike with the Zinfi software yet. There was a small learning curve with getting used to a new program, but no more than I would expect for anything else out there that is as powerful as this software is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not just a Partner Marketing Tool or Conceirge Services, but an extended marketing arm of our organization.
We have been using ZINFI for many years now and are very happy with its services, features, and, most importantly, the ease of access to everything. Zinfi platform gives end to end Omni channel experience management platform with a dashboard to access Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Email bundled together. It’s really easy to use and schedule campaigns across all channels. Automatic adaptation of co-branded logo adds color to it, editing content and modify UTM and use it for more precise tracking of prospects effortlessly. Microsites and Landing pages are easily customizable with minimal turnaround time.
In a nutshell, it’s a great online tool to support your marketing function and help sales teams with more extensive funnels. It certainly helped our company to get more and more qualified leads while we leveraged available assets to nurture the prospects. Last but not least, the staff at Zinfi is very proactive and helpful; I am thankful to Nicholas (Mr. Mukherjee) for being patient with us and helping us troubleshoot issues, track prospect responses, etc., whenever needed, long zoom sessions :-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate how easy it is to push campaigns and search for information on specific products. I also enjoy how helpful customer service is when you do need assistance with something. The only thing I don't like about Zinfi is the minimal social media syndication. Our company has been trying to grow our social media presence, and I find much of their content is relevant to our industry but not as relevant to our customers or our products. Using social media as a marketing tool is a growing practice and I would like to see more content from Zinfi in this area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Most of the things are user-friendly but if ZINFI provides some short videos about how to use the portal or tutorials would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ZINFI is an excellent intuitive platform that helps us to consume marketing material supported through our supplier. Material can be co-branded, is well sorted, and has everything to perform on an omnichannel level. E-Mail Campaigns can easily be managed and evaluated. With that in place, we can deliver the newest content and generate and drive new leads.
Customer Feedback has been more than positive.
Very valuable is the joint database, which makes sharing, bookmarking and managing documents so easy. No more e-mails or download links with big files. Documents and even webinar recordings can be saved and viewed whenever needed. Engaging with our suppliers is so much easier since you can immediately find the right person of contact.
