Adding Social login capabilities (LinkedIn etc.) could be added in the future or multi-factor authentication.

The warranty claim is a common problem to the customer because the product developer or manufacturer may not have a proper system to warranty claim especially for the solar modules. REC cloud management system has the system to claim warranty damage without installer. Also, the customer can register the purchased product themselves.

Online warranty claim system is very easy for the customer even the installer company is not present. The system is very user friendly because customers with minimal computer knowledge can submit claims with this webpage application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was not able to view the customer details who were already registered via the mobile app. Only customers who are registered via the web page can be seen through this page. I expect the mobile application to be linked with the web page Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using ZINFI for our Solar company portal., I would say it's the best application I have used. There are no bugs; it is working perfectly fine for us.

It solves many of our pain points.

The title says it all. I find the Partner portal well laid out, easy to navigate.

When working in a portal, I don't want to think about it. I want to get in, access the information and assets I need, and collaborate on bids. The portal delivers that for me! I connect, follow intuitive navigation. Do what I came to do, and leave. I've worked with other portals that have been painful to navigate and require me to spend time learning the platform - I don't want to waste time learning how to use a portal, it should be intuitive. The Zinfi Portal delivers that intuitive experience that I need and allows me to focus on relationships and revenue generation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
