The layout of this portal is well structured, so it is easy to get an overview. I like the user-friendly look and usability;
A single website that handles all profiles is another thing I like because now I won't have to re-authenticate every time I switch contexts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One only thing I think is not good, I can't use Firefox because the website remains blank with a "loading..." word and it doesn't go on. So I must use Chrome browser only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really love checking the portal since it has many kinds of information we need as technical person. News, important announcement, and specially upcoming training events that we need for additional technical knowledge are very helpful for us to have options for any trainings that we need virtually. User friendly, easy navigation, looks very stable (had nether met a problem using the sites). Basically, I can‘t recall any upsides to using ZINFI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using the Dynatrace partner portal powered by ZINFI; it's smooth like butter.
The portal loads like magic just in milliseconds. Traversing through the portal is also very quick. UI is intuitive overall. I had a wonderful experience using the portal, and I would recommend it to any vendor as a PPM platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it slows down when moving to other menus. Ideally all the contents should be localized to Japanese language.
