Zinfi excellently provides a user-friendly, Unified Channel Management platform that enhances the overall experience while using the Partner portal. Zinfi is doing great at providing industry-specific solutions; hence, it has a broader market reach than other UCM providers. Moreover, it's excellent that Zinfi has partnered with Microsoft, Salesforce and Zoominfo and complies with GDPR and CCPA norms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zinfi is doing great by providing one of the best UCM solutions. However, they need to focus more on their marketing strategies. I know Zinfi only through the partner portal that I am using, but apart from that, I haven't seen enough ads on social media, youtube or any other events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
