Our business started to scale rapidly as we expanded to the UK market, but it also came with many billing issues. Our finance team couldn’t keep up with the number of invoices coming in. So we moved to Zenskar to automate the process, connected Salesforce and Stripe, and with it, the entire invoicing and reconciliation process is automated. We really appreciate Zenskar’s flexibility to manage our bespoke contracts. Our finance team no longer has to spend days and nights matching transactions to invoices. All are automated with Zenskar. User-friendly, I like the UI of the platform. Our sales team creates different contract terms with custom billing schedules to close enterprise deals. Zenskar was able to translate these terms and billing schedules into an automated billing workflow. It was impressive. Zenskar has made custom billing very easy for us. The platform is very intuitive, once I got the hang of it, my team and I weren’t dependent on our engineers to iterate on pricing. We were able to be more aggressive in our pricing experiments. It was as simple as choosing between different pricing options + discounts/free trials, and schedules. Zenskar’s flexible contract builder easily configured our pricing models (subscriptions with usage components). It also allowed us to easily migrate our existing customers from subscriptions to a usage-based model. This includes turning off auto-renewal, adding or removing products from the subscription, and introducing usage components. Zenskar also integrated with DealHub, enabling us to create quotes in DealHub and automatically generate an entry in Zenskar.
