What do you like best about Zenput?

Zenput has made accountability as easy as the click of a button. It is extremely easy to assign tasks or projects. The reports that I recieve in my email every morning allows me to see what stores are struggling with routine tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenput?

Creating templates can be a daunting task. If someone has never created a task before it takes some trial and error. Aside from that the program is phenomenal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zenput solving and how is that benefiting you?

Accountability is the biggest asset I get from Zenput. Compliance from new managers to make sure they are doing their job in a timely manner. Having a strong focus on achieving standards with the pictures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zenput?

Zenput is great for gathering data and completing audits in restaurants. It is user friendly, affordable, and customizable. I highly recommend Zenput utilization whether you operate 1 restaurant or 100. Extremely easy to build projects and forms and make changes as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenput?

The back end user experience can be frustrating to navigate. Needlessly limits some functionality (like project recurrence time selection) and some of the features like reporting could be better. Overall it is the best but still has room to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zenput?

Zenput is a great solution for us. We love how easy it is for the average person to use it. We own and operate a chain of convenience stores. You get a wide variety of users and they find it easy to use which helps us get the critical data we need in a timely fashion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenput?

The cost is a bit high, if it was cheaper per user we would be able to have individual logins for each employee versus having a singular shared one for each location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zenput solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a way to quickly and easily gather data from our C-store and dealer locations. With Zenput we are able to create clicakble forms accessible practically anywhere. We also have enabled geolocation and image upload for the forms which is great for a site walkthrough. We love the reporting that you can generate from the data as well! What do you like best about Zenput?

Zenput is very complete. We use it for our training system and for following up on cleaning lists. I haven't been able to attend your zoom trainings but I would love to so I can learn a little bit more in detail how to use zenput for our every day needs. I think that zenput is very organized and versatile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenput?

I wish zenput could integrate with other sofwtares such as harri. I am very content with zenput though, I think it works very well. I wish we could be able to organize the notes by sections on the user end, and that the submissions are easier to see for people on the same group. What do you like best about Zenput?

Creation of forms, visibility through out the field, communication and transparency in a matter of clicks. Easy to navigate and training out members was not difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zenput?

Its very hard to dislike anything on Zenput. Whenever i ran into an issue Zenput support was there to assist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zenput solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Zenput we had manual forms that our store manager would have to fill out and submit to a Regional Area Manager. Sometimes these RAM would only visit a store once a month so there would be a month full of forms to review. Not so productive. Zenput forms are digital so these forms could be reviewed instantly. Also Zenput provides with daily project completion so we could review which sites have or have not completed their daily duties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zenput?

the flow that can be created so one worksheet can go from one person to another without having to send emails back and forth. Using zenput for our cutomer onboarding has cut our workload down and increased our effciency Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

figuring out how to fill out a worksheet if you are the author of it. It is not intuative to have to go to preview to fill out it. There should be an option to edit the form or fill it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zenput?

Zenput gives us the ability to create walks that generate followup tasks for our operations teams. We are able to utilize forms for various purposes including HR, Marketing, Maintenance, and more. The built in extra features such as the abilty to scan a SKU, take temperatures from the Zenput sensors add a huge benefit. The zenput sensors also provide abilty to view temps remotely for maintenance and food quality assurance purposes.

What do you dislike about Zenput?

An better way to view and track history on walks for a particular site or to see photos from previous walks(forms) while doing a walk would be beneficial. This way leadership can see that something has been reoccuring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
