Zenput is great for gathering data and completing audits in restaurants. It is user friendly, affordable, and customizable. I wish zenput could integrate with other sofwtares such as harri. I am very content with zenput though, I think it works very well. I wish we could be able to organize the notes by sections on the user end, and that the submissions are easier to see for people on the same group. Zenput gives us the ability to create walks that generate followup tasks for our operations teams. We are able to utilize forms for various purposes including HR, Marketing, Maintenance, and more. The built in extra features such as the abilty to scan a SKU, take temperatures from the Zenput sensors add a huge benefit. The zenput sensors also provide abilty to view temps remotely for maintenance and food quality assurance purposes.
