What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

Like that they offered a CRM that would supposedly be easy to set up and integrate with our current software systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

We disliked that we were unable to set up the communication part of Zendesk, we threw away thousands of dollars. Their team lacked any support to help us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Take everything their sales team says with a grain of salt. We went back to the software (Teamwork) that we were using before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

I like the process that is available to follow up with sales prospects so sales agents can keep and work a pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

I dislike that there is no consistency in naming the Deals and the Contacts in SELL. It would be nice if you could make the sales agents do it in a specific format each time or that they could only select out of a few quick categories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are going to use this, then you will have to train your sales people on how to use it with consistent formatting or it is going to be all over the place when you are trying to label contacts and deals in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

I think it's extremely easy to use, and my favourite part is the calling feature. You can call directly from the web browser and their app too. I think Zendesk Sell is the best CRM tool for SMBs. I also love their texting feature! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

We've been a customer since 2015 and honestly, the past design updates is a lot more functional and nicer than before. I also think that their reporting isn't the best compared to salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

I like the ease of searching by number, contact name, location, time zone. I enjoy having the app and being able to easily find contacts and history. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

I do not like the lag on the phone calls to the app sometimes when getting phone calls. I do not like how the texts show no notifications and how on the website, there is no feature to look at missed calls unless you go to call log. There is also not a feature to dial by the number on the app, which I feel would be super useful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
