I like the process that is available to follow up with sales prospects so sales agents can keep and work a pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that there is no consistency in naming the Deals and the Contacts in SELL. It would be nice if you could make the sales agents do it in a specific format each time or that they could only select out of a few quick categories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think it's extremely easy to use, and my favourite part is the calling feature. You can call directly from the web browser and their app too. I think Zendesk Sell is the best CRM tool for SMBs. I also love their texting feature! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not like the lag on the phone calls to the app sometimes when getting phone calls. I do not like how the texts show no notifications and how on the website, there is no feature to look at missed calls unless you go to call log. I like the tool, it is a very functional organizer, it keeps a log of all your interactions and is easy to use and relatively economical. I will always be aware of what is next to do, what has been done, and what is being done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zendesk allows me to keep up with all my customers' tickets and what I have or haven't done. It keeps me very organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've worked with this tool before, and it was not so convenient so we switched to using Salesforce Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
