Our company has found Zendesk Sell, previously known as Base CRM, to be a success. For pipeline management and forecasting, all of our departments used it. It benefits our customer experience, satisfaction, and sales team, so I use it. It contains all of our contacts, orders, and leads. The system also keeps us on track by assigning daily tasks. The platform’s user interface and user experience (UI/UX) are simple and elegant, making it simple to use by all team members across all touchpoints. This platform enables us to manage all of our existing client opportunities. This database can track pipelines and sales, as well as keep track of clients and communications. The professional level of Zendesk Sell does not have access to all reports that could be useful. Because email updates can take a while to arrive, I still use my email client about half as much as I do Zendesk Sell (Base). But upgrading to the enterprise for just a few reports seems overpriced. The thing that I do not like about Zendesk Sell is I don't think the app is really very easy or well optimized for the phone. I have the app on my phone and it would be great if there was a way to incorporate it into my workflow without feeling like it was way less efficient to be using versus going to a desktop. navigation is intuitive, the pre-defined reports cover a big percentage of the needs, and also, new smart lists are easy to create Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They have all the basic features that are required for small and medium organizations. We can manage our day-to-day leads, follow-ups, and deals. The best thing is they have a direct integration with Zendesk and of course you need to pay extra for that tool but it is quite useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I feel that pricing is quite high if we compare it with other CRMs especially considering the Indian market. The support can be good better at least they can provide some personalized support for the handholding for the new clients and some features has some bugs like reminder sometimes doesn't pop up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
