Texting! There is no integration to fool with just text and go! Everything is all set up and ready for you after you sign up with Zensell. Texting, calling and email templates are simple. The integration with the Support platform didn't allow a salesperson to do anything in Support without logging out of Sell and going into Support. As with all Zendesk tools they are labor-intensive to set up. There was little to no help from their support or "Account Managers" unless I wanted to add more services and pay them more. I can see live updates from the customer while I can track the progress of it's resolution. The best part is that I can leave internal notes for the team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
