What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

Basic CRM components are there; the integration with an email to send to clients was helpful. Setting targets and following up on team performance was insightful too. Timing of the calls made and other analytics too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

The experience as a whole, how you link leads to a company. I could have many repeated leads, the reminders never worked properly. It was so complicated as if they never thought about user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We needed a CRM system that allows us to get in touch with our clients to sell our services and log all interactions made by two departments: onboarding and Sales. What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

Texting! There is no integration to fool with just text and go! Everything is all set up and ready for you after you sign up with Zensell. Texting, calling and email templates are simple. Plus having that extra phone number for pennies means you are not carrying two phones! What a smooth way to track your prospects! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

It is a little pricey but after working with other CRMs and their integrations it is all worth it not to have the system breakdowns that integrations always seem to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

We liked that it integrated with Zendesk Support. Unfortunately, the integration was lacking for what we were trying to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

The integration with the Support platform didn't allow a salesperson to do anything in Support without logging out of Sell and going into Support. As with all Zendesk tools they are labor-intensive to set up. There was little to no help from their support or "Account Managers" unless I wanted to add more services and pay them more. What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

Zendesk is easy-to-use and customizable based on your business needs. It is an excellent system for start-ups or businesses to build a CRM. Zendesk provides you with a Sandbox environment where you can test changes you want to implement before releasing them to your whole team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recently, they made a change where users cannot reach the Support Team right away. It would be better if their Support agents were easy to contact via chat. Also, I hope their Help Center could be a bit more organized or updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

Zensale isn't marketing friendly as it stands. The best part of this product is the communication which is worth the lack of marketing features/reporting we are missing.
