What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

Base has a very simple web interface and an awesome functional mobile app, allowing the sales / business development team to easily manage their accounts and see what matters at a snapshot. What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

The fact that it seamlessly interfaces with our email and calendar, so nothing 'falls through the cracks.' Also, it keeps track of our clients (existing and pending), and their statuses/phases Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

Sometimes the syncing process with our emails is a bit slow, so "real time" is not always real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

It is always up to date, any information logged is always available in any format I access it. it is easy to follow and having information readily available when out with clients is particularly helpful.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

The mobile features are the best I've experienced and seen in all of the CRMs I've sampled or used. I also like the integration with Google Apps. Overall, this CRM is just easy to use. I love the continual updates Base brings too. They are quick to develop new and useful updates! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

The document storage is ok but has room for improvement. I also think reporting is good but not great. The lack of project management features is something that is needed in any CRM as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Like any CRM, you must devote yourself to understanding the product and what it can do for your business. Second, you have to commit to using it daily. If you can stick with it, you'll be VERY happy with Base CRM. It is one of the only CRMs I know that creates simple updates often. So they listen to our feedback and make Base better! What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

I like that while the Base CRM is very easy to use and understand it also a robust tool with lots of features that continually get updated. The flexibility to add fields, users, and features is also a huge benefit to me. The easy of use to log activity and/or make calls directly within the system and record them is great for training and management. Last but not least, the mobile application is a great tool to utilize when I'm not in front of my computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

A few things that I could see being improved are - when importing and merging data duplicate field are created instead of a true merge leaving only one field (i.e., you get, name #1, name #2, fields that are created); the ability to change a field type after creation (I did this with a numeric field that i mistakenly labeled as text then could not easy sort and filter the data); the reporting capability is powerful but I'd like to see it more customized and also understand more clearly what criteria is used to generate the standard reports; when in a contact/company it would be helpful to be able to roll over the employees within that company to see their title or information so you could more easily determine if you need to click thru to them. I lead a sales team and I'm trying to solve the lack of a deep understanding of what activities my team is doing on a day to day basis as well as lack of knowledge about their prospects. Base CRM allows me to have this data at my fingertips and manage my team more effectively as well as provide more accurate and greater visibility to our pipeline and prospects. What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

The simplicity of Base , either mobile or on the web, makes it very easy to collect sales and client related data.

No more different spreadsheets and / or internal applications to keep up with, just a one time entry for all information you want to update! Integration of Excel, Mailchimp or Google apps is easy . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As managing all client & sales data for France in its different regions and for different brands, Base helped me to have a good and clear overview. All the information gathered by Base allows you to filter and export listings the way you want them to be. Wherever you are , you have access to Base and you are able to update anytime. What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

-The mobile apps allow me to do everything I need to on the go. They look great too.

-Email templates are a huge time saver.

-Contact Clipper allows me to quickly add Contacts and Leads from Linkedin.
