Base has a very simple web interface and an awesome functional mobile app, allowing the sales / business development team to easily manage their accounts and see what matters at a snapshot. Updating accounts is easy, fast and saves the sales team unnecessary load in order to let them focus on closing the opportunity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
CRM has to be very simple to use in order to get good adoption. While Base has a very simple interface, I worry future product development and integrations might complicate it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is always up to date, any information logged is always available in any format I access it. it is easy to follow and having information readily available when out with clients is particularly helpful.

The mobile features are the best I've experienced and seen in all of the CRMs I've sampled or used. I also like the integration with Google Apps. Overall, this CRM is just easy to use. The document storage is ok but has room for improvement. I also think reporting is good but not great. The lack of project management features is something that is needed in any CRM as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that while the Base CRM is very easy to use and understand it also a robust tool with lots of features that continually get updated. The flexibility to add fields, users, and features is also a huge benefit to me. The easy of use to log activity and/or make calls directly within the system and record them is great for training and management. A few things that I could see being improved are - when importing and merging data duplicate field are created instead of a true merge leaving only one field (i.e., you get, name #1, name #2, fields that are created); the ability to change a field type after creation (I did this with a numeric field that i mistakenly labeled as text then could not easy sort and filter the data); the reporting capability is powerful but I'd like to see it more customized and also understand more clearly what criteria is used to generate the standard reports; when in a contact/company it would be helpful to be able to roll over the employees within that company to see their title or information so you could more easily determine if you need to click thru to them. The simplicity of Base , either mobile or on the web, makes it very easy to collect sales and client related data.

-The mobile apps allow me to do everything I need to on the go. They look great too.
