I like that I can go in the email section of base crm and add leads and contacts. By allowing my emails to be viewed by team members in settings, we can collaborate easily. The option to add collaborators in deals keep it easy to work together. Deals are convenient to manage by moving them through stages easily. We can create our own stages depending on the complexity of our company's products and services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I cannot see the email content on base before deciding if I should add the untracked email as a lead or contact. There is no option to bulk delete untracked emails. Some other CRM systems have a chrome extension to do this in gmail, that would be a great feature. Base does not save email drafts, sometimes i hit the backspace button and my browser goes back, may be a clumsy thing on my end by this makes me rather compose emails in gmail, losing the ability to track opens and clicks to link as I can in base.

The interface is fairly clean and simple. Setting up leads, contacts, deals, etc. is fairly straight forward and quick. The in browser dealer and saving past conversations is a godsend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a ton of features that are rough around the edges. For example you can't merge leads, multiple email addresses for a contact are a pain. A bit too much admin work if you are cranking through leads and want to do simple things like bump calls that are no answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Base CRM is very intuitive and robust, we really liked the call data that came with the higher priced plan. We really like the reporting features especially the ability to create "smart reports" on the fly to really drill down into our data. The deduping mechanisms could be improved, we had many issues with duplicates but this could have also been chalked up to user error. Other than that the HubSpot intergration was spotty at times and could use improvement. Overall we do not have too many things that we dislike about Base CRM.
