What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

Easy to use, functionality that allows me to multi task while calling. Lightning quick so I am not losing valuable time waiting for the system to catch up while I sell. What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

It's got a very clear navigation, very intuitive. All our proposals go into the sales pipeline which makes it very easy to keep an overview of our sales process and progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

When I save new contacts, and I want to add the contact's country, every time I type in the first letter of the respective country, it ends up putting 'United States' in. Then I have to scroll all the way down to the country I meant to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their support and API were two factors we benefitted from the most. Their resources were helpful to onboard new sales reps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clear interface, relatively easy controls, ability to filter by several characteristics and run reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Limited features, clunky to update information sometimes (would prefer to do it from the page rather than having to edit details for some things), no way to track money accurately if you work with deposits, integration issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a good stepping stone in CRM software. It's a good middle ground between using a spreadsheet and upgrading to one of the more robust apps that larger companies might find more beneficial. We're able to more easily track our sales numbers -- both as a team and as individuals. We're also able to track our marketing efforts to see which are resulting in the most sales and which are falling short. It allows us to make real-time decisions in both sales and marketing.
