What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

I like how I am able to be more organized with base. It lets me put accounts where I like to put then and provides me with valid info I use everyday when it come to me calling accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

I can't think of anything. Sometimes maybe it can be a little slow when I first turn on my computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

I like the ability to view when someone read your email. This has come in handy many times and I have seen a high close percentage because of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

I dislike that some information does not transfer over from "Contact" to "Sales Pipeline." I catch myself many times re-writing tasks and notes to stay organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zendesk Sell solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lead-close ratios. Maintaining constant follow up tactics. Creating campaigns. I have notice a huge increase in contacts with dead leads. Being able to make templates makes it very easy, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

I like the sales pipeline dashboard that tracks a prospect through the selling process from discovery to win or loss. This allows us to forecast deals and manage the businesses cash flow appropriately Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
