What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

The reporting capabilities of Smart Lists are simplified, concise versions of any other tools we've had at the company before. Our company has never had a functional solution to the level that BASE provides in this area, so it was my favorite feature while I was selling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

I wish there were more customizability options. We sell this tool to reps from a buy-in perspective with the idea that it's a malleable solution designed to fit their needs, and not the other way around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Interface seamlessly integrates with Google Business Apps allowing staff to easily adopt CRM. Mobile apps for iOS / Android are far in advance of similar vendors.
