It doesn't seem to do 100% on tracking phone calls and emails, and we can't quite figure out how to get some of those features on there Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

This is the simplest, most cost efficient CRM I've ever used. It really doesn't require you to spend time training anybody to use it because it is so simple and self-explanatory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Allows me to easily make lists and search for leads within a particular category Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The view is not as easily laid out as Salesforce. The search function is almost inoperable. It's hard to view past activity on the account without scrolling for days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to quickly pull together a list of relevant leads has been helpful in prospecting a certain category/industry is crucial. Base is great for allowing me to sort through my own accounts.
