What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

BASE CRM keeps track of thousands of our customers and makes them available on the road through the BASE app on Android. It all runs in real time on your cell phone, notes can be seen in the office as the reps do their rounds. It is great to be able to customize what you want to know about a customer. Once integrated with outlook all of the emails pertaining to each customer is logged with that customer. No more needing to sort outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

It would be nice to make simple changes to customer lists across the board. Maybe this can be done but I haven't figured out how. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

I love how easy it is to use. I didn't feel like there was a leaning curve when I first stared using the software, which is great for someone using a CRM for the first time or someone that wants to jump right in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

I didn't like that customer service was sometimes hard to get ahold of. A major dislike was that it seemed to add a lot of duplicate contacts when uploading contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
