What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

Incredibly user friendly interface with numerous features like the pipeline and email integration which makes my work a lot more easier to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

Mass uploads could be improved, we have regular batches of contacts that have to get uploaded and we have found it tricky to work through larger file sizes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a lot of competitors in this market now of cloud based CRM's so it's going to come down to 2 things 1) does it have the features you need and 2) how is the service? Base support has excellent service, the CRM is always improving, and they are open to feedback and i believe they all have about the same features. Go for it! What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

I like how easy it is to use and keeping track of where I am with my prospects, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

It is a little confusing at first when trying to identify agencies, companies, etc. I also don't like how you can't create an unqualified smart list, it appears too messy to me with all of the unqualified leads in with the other leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Base understands the plethora of sales tools that reps and account executives use and also understands the immense cost that you accumulate by using all of these. By creating a comprehensive solution, Base has allowed sales teams to operate faster and more efficiently without the heavy costs that usually come with using multiple solutions.
