I love the ease of the website and the application. Base is a great tool for people in business development who don't have roles that are exclusively sales based. I am currently not happy with the tagging system and the inability to add a different tag when a similar one exists. For example, if the tag TRAVELLER already exists, I cannot create TRAVEL. Base has all the features of cutting-edge CRM's, but what sets it apart is the mobile apps. I can quickly and easily access the CRM from my phone at any time, and my sales calls are automatically logged in the CRM after I complete them. This is a huge time saver, especially since I'm always on the move and don't always have my computer in front of me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
