What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

I didn't need any training unlike other CRM's I used which were impossible to work out. Because it was so easy to use, I used it and got results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

I found it strange that as a manager I couldn't assign leads to people and still see everything that was going on with them. It seems if it was designed for individuals rather than teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found the hierarchy system a bit unusual but everything else was magic. If you're running a team then make sure you test how the admin, user roles work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

I'm a software support engineer, and it's surprising how many people send in support requests with no phone number. I love that it's so easy to just pull up their contact info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Can't save an email draft in leads.

Limits to data storage.

Not all email read notifications actually always work.

Can't email anyone, they have to already have an account that Base recognizes.
